“The response from Zolo Diamond is very poor. The electricity bill is fixed at 250, and after that, additional charges are based on your room usage, which will be added. The electricity bill is very high, reaching up to 1600 per month for double sharing, so each person pays 800. This feels like a lot of money being charged unfairly. Also, the advance payment is refunded after 10 days of leaving the room. Moreover, if you leave Zolo Diamond within a year, they deduct half of the advance payment. This feels like they are taking a lot of money unfairly.”

“It used to be good but now constantly some or the other issues keep on coming....constant power cuts (continuously for 4 days),faulty washing machine, lift and other common area equipment, food quality dropped, adding baseless charges and sometimes even drinking water is not there and tenants are asked to buy water from outside...and the response from customer support is even worse....The ticket system is abysmal!! hardly any of the issues get escalated and still take even longer to get resolved...calling customer care doesn't help either....The manager doesn't even pick up calls when these issues occur...Zolo isn't worth it anymore with all this mismanagement...”

“Initially it was all good, but subsequently I started facing many problems like unclean facilities, poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities. An also the managements arrogant behaviour towards the tenants. Recently they have been charged surplus amount electricity bill without giving proper clarification. By seeing all this we can clearly make out that Zolo diamond is not so worth for living. And i recommend the up coming tenant's not to prefer this pg.”

binoy joseph★★★★★All services are good except the management and the electricity bill. Electricity bill will come like anything and you cannot even predict the range. I have consumed 30 units in a month and end of month they have asked me to pay charges for 60 units as 30 units extra for common expenses. This amount they are having some astrologer who will predict it will be this much even before the bills are generated. This extra units are charged for every person means around 2000 units only for common expenses. They even do t have any clarification too.

YASH JAIN★★★★★The company is fraud. They will tell you on day 1 that no charges for this, discount on this. And then when you settle down and pay advance you realise that you got scammed. They will add 1000-1500 extra saying new policy, please compromise. They will add water charges. Electricity will come atleast 1000 if you use only lights and fan. Unless you're ambani stay away.

There is no transperancy in the payment. And I am in doubt if, I will get my refund. They are saying it is being initiated but there is no proper proof for it. prakhar shroti★★★★★Untidy and unhygienic, Water coolers are not cleaned and it stinks, the washing machines are not maintained and troubles everyone, gates are not closed and dogs comes and makes a mess around. Would recommend any other zolo and not this also would give 0 stars if possible. Raju bhaiya is good though.

Andrew Chris★★★★★No current for four straight days and the generator is up for only 2 hours. Before this there was no RO water for 2 days. Stingy creepy managers ruin the hostel completely. Very poor management. Please don't join here.
