Why the score — what people flag
“I stayed at Royal Home Stays PG and wanted to share some feedback regarding recent management decisions. The PG owner is also associated with a group called Whitefield PG Owners Welfare Association, and certain common rules are being enforced across PGs. While standard guidelines are understandable, some rules feel unnecessary and inconvenient for residents. For example, during a recent festival that was officially for one day, food services were stopped for three days. This created avoidable difficulty for working professionals and students who depend on regular meals. A one-day adjustment for a festival is reasonable, but extending it to three days felt excessive and impractical. Such decisions should consider residents’ daily needs rather than applying blanket rules. I believe reducing this restriction to one day, in line with the actual festival duration, would be far more reasonable and resident-friendly. I hope the management reconsiders these policies and takes tenant convenience into account going forward.”

“⚠️🚨⚠️ Alert Don't prefer this pg More than humans lots of rats and cockroaches are living there. Pg dining ,rooms, bathroom were dirty, lockers won't work and washing machines will be in another building.”

“Bad PG , your things are not safe here, You will get 24 hrs TV facility but you can't watch because TV is not recharged, There is no backup for electricity even this pg have a generator. The water is also bad. I am saying this because I am staying here for a while.”

Vivek★★★★★Worst management, owner is very rude. His behavior is really bad with everyone. Bad food, UNHYGIENIC , some time no water, sometime wifi stops working, sometime lift doesn't work. Your friends can't enter Pg after 8, even he is living near by place.

Kevin Tomy★★★★★Don't ever go to this pg. This is run by a rowdy who always blabbers "My pg , my rules". There is no hospitality. He is a money minded person . The rent is also pretty high. When you go and enquire he will say there you will be provided north ,south and Kerala food but the Kerala food what you get is just boiled rice. Nothing else. Also , he won't maintain the PG but will charge 1000rs for maintenance . Recently I vacated from this pg because of his attitude. Better go for some other PG' s

bhavya shetty★★★★★No complaints regarding cleanliness and room. But the major mistake according me is that they have not give exact location in map. They had provided as 650m from hampi but it's not true . . It's in New hampi which you LL get in the way from hospet to Hampi.
