We booked two double non AC rooms. In one of the rooms, fan was not at all working. When we informed about this to the receptionist and asked him to allocate other room, he was reluctant saying that all the rooms are full. So we asked a refund for one room. But he said that it was not possible since we made our booking through makemytrip and only they can give a solution for this. We raised the issue with makemytrip customer care. They interfered and then this receptionist arranged us another room. So it took another 1 hour of our time to get this all sorted. Moreover rooms were in a very average condition. If you are planning to visit with family, I highly not recommend this hotel. Also there was no parking facility available. We parked our car in an empty space. Overall we had a very bad experience in this hotel.

I felt very unsafe and uneasy with the front desk people. If u can call I guy in shorts just being rude as a front desk. I want a negative rating system for this place. The man that runs the place wanted cash payment and no bill. Fellow is a crook. I went with my husband and one look he wanted to raise the price. I told him I’m leaving for my train in an hour and only my husband will be checking in and he denied Ns said he wants to charge the both of us. I got very creepy vibes from the place and walked out. We then went to mathura residency and paid similar price and had pleasant front desk guy help us.

Please never book this Hotel Worst room service Rooms do not have proper locks or lights. No room service. They do not clean rooms on daily basis nor change towels. No parking space though it's mentioned as parking facility available. One has to park on a busy narrow road. No pest control done

Room was neat and clean. But there was glass opened in the bathroom every one from out side the building can see whats happening inside the bathroom. I covered it with their towel. And there is no lock inside the bathroom. Also room electricity was gone 2 or 3 times in 24 hours. Room 208

I never ever recommend this place. I would not give single star to this hotel We don't have privacy to talk inside the room. If we talk inside room,owner will knock the door hard and warns us to stop talking The old guy (owner) who sits in receptionist dont know how to treat customer. Abusing with bad words and was about to hit us with his slipper. Our complete trip was spoiled because of this one guy. Please dont go to this hotel else ur day will be spoiled.

Hear me out!! I called this guy to ask about room availability and hygiene conditions after reading all bad hygiene reviews and this guy raised his voice asking “then why did I called knowing it?” I was like ” ??! What did I do..? Am genuinely asking about the condition and continued talking in his favour I feel like he could have handle the conversation better
