When it rains the corridor is filled with water. The fridge is is never cleaned, months back items still present. Power backup doesnt work at random times. Lift buttons dont work at random times. Parking lot stinks with overflowing wet garbage. The utensils they give are damaged.

Very inconsistant experience. No hot water on some days, smelly microwave, rain floods the corridor, power back up no guarentee, the manager Lalan wouldnt pick calls and if he picks wont be able solve issues quickly. Location in good, cleanliness is okayish inside. The parking smells like shit though. Security is a joke as basement biometrics isnt working and anyone can enter anytime.
