Very bad experience. Was trying to deny Oyo prepaid confirmed booking. When confronted, he gave a room where the blanket and pillow were very dirty. Refused to give a clean cover and blanket. Very unprofessional behavior observed both from hotel and Oyo (went to endless loop with their customer support).

Please don’t book this hotel. I have booked this stay in Goibibo. Me & my wife went to stay after paying the amount in Goibibo online. But once we reached to hotel. The guy denied & said no rooms even after showing booking details. I went with wife and location also in side some area feeling unsafe. Finally I paid 300₹ again to hotel guy & later he left the room. I have been for wedding. Last minute I couldn’t do anything & paid again. So I kindly advise everyone don’t book stay here and don’t go with ladies. It’s really unsafe & hotel guy was rude when talking.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had! The property owner denied me the room, because he felt that the online price I had paid for it was not enough. He demanded more money (more than double of what I had already paid) and he acted like a goon! It felt super unsafe, and I was stranded there with my family and kids. I had to drive back all the way for 4 hours to Bangalore, since I did not get the room. The worst part is that OYO executives confirmed that the room is booked and I will get it when I reach, when I called them to confirm before going.

I have booked hotel and i have paid money also but hotel manager asked me to pay extra money to get room. He refused to give me room. And on that day i stayed in passenger waiting hall in railway station. Please don't go for this hotel for stay.. Thank you

Worst place, never think of booking .Both days lift was switched off. No intercom. They can't provide even a clean bucket . They will never improve based on feedback too.

Worst lodging i have ever seen in my life I have paid and booked through oyo app and later the management here asked for extra money ( 1000/-) This is a kind of cheating process.. they offer online for lesser price and later after payment they demand for extra money..

One of the worst hotels , they don’t have proper coordination between the hotel and oyo and the owner of the hotel is one of the rudest person ever met, he doesn’t speaks any other languages except their own and the people from other states will have tremendous problem , poor customer service , rude behaviour. Never ever stay here, Hotel name is Sanavi and owner will fight with you and will threaten to beat you, our check out time was 11 am but we could not check out at that time so according to oyo we can extend and pay 10-30 percent but this hotel owner came banging at the door and we wanted to know the extra charge he quoted the double charge of extending and said he wanted to beat us and there was no fault of us and as we were with the family we could not think of any brawl so went ahead and paid the amount quoted but it’s never the matter of the amount but the attitude of the person , please avoid this hotel if you are with family and want to avoid any kind of brawl specially the people who are from out of Karnataka

It was a horrible place to stay, AC wasn't working all night and there was no water in the morning, had to wait for an hour to get water to be pumped, also there was no room service ,there was no phone in the rooms, was a disgusting place and the service was worst. Owner of the place is very rude and a ridiculous guy.
