PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PG UNTIL YOU WANT TO 1. LOSE YOUR MONEY 2. GET TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY 3. GET THREATENED 4. DEAL WITH RULES THAT AREN'T ANYWHERE ELSE. 5. FACE RENT INCREMENT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE We joined for 9.5k and they kept increasing rent every month. So, we told we'll vacate because of rental increase. They asked us to give notice before leaving (on Aug 3). But the problem is searching a home is very tedious in bangalore. Hence, it took almost a week for us to find a home. Then, we went and gave notice to the hostel (on Aug 10th). But, what they claimed is as per hostel rules, notice should be given on 1-5th of the month. Otherwise we won't get our advance back which is totally not fare at all. Then we demanded the advance we weren't respected while talking. They'll say "MY HOSTEL MY RULES" and they won't even stand and talk with you. We are tenants and we are paying rents to them and we should be respected. We waited until the next month to get the advance. Once the next rent date arrived ( Aug 06), the PG management sent their guys to our rooms demanding for rent, otherwise we should vacate our rooms. If we're not vacating, then they threatend us sayin

Food is worst. And no proper cleaning in dining area. Rats are coming from grill door in dining area.. dal curry is full of water and chicken is not boiled properly. Only one Washing machine for this building. And when we were there they are cleaning the room properly and when we are not available they are not cleaning properly.. and we need to wait for the food from other building. They are concentrating on money compare to service. And someone in the rooms should switch on and off the lights no one is there to switch on and off.. and when ravi is handling it was good and but now a days it is becoming worst behaviour with Narayana because he don’t know how to talk with customers and rude behaviour. And I am requesting to please don’t join in this low quality PG

Worst pg ever. They don’t have any pesticides control. I had so many bed bugs which caused such a big allergy. The cost of pg was less than the treatment i had to go through for the allergy. They were not considerate to do a proper cleaning of rooms at all very dirty .

The worst food I have ever ate over there. Lots of bedbuds in the bed Even though I have compain they didn't care at all. We suffered a lot over there. I have asked many times,They didn't give me advance also till now. Best suggestion not to join this PG go for better PG than this.

Raghvendra Pg's provide all basic luxury facilities but the parking space is not enough and some time you won't get food after 9:30AM & 9:30PM which can make it better if they think about it and keep person in office where people can concern about it..

Even one star is also waste, if I can have a chance I would like to give - 1000 stars. Cheating staff. They will do lot of politics and finally won't return your deposit. If you raise your voice, he will give you another person contact who is just sitting beside the pg and will warn you. Cheaters and never join this pg at all. And whole pg is having bedbugs, the food taste was worst, needs rent on time and will increase the rent for every 2 months. Also even the people maintaining the pg's in whole area are friends and there is a lot of disturbance in the pg all the time.

Fraud. Not returning the security deposit and not answering the calls after days of trying to get the security back. No proper cleaning, not properly cooked food, cockroaches, pets and bed bugs common. Don't go there. A lot of these are paid reviews so don't buy into them.

The pg is located at a prime location and the food is edible, this is where the good part ends. The rooms are relatively small, internet hardly works when needed and some rooms are infested with bedbugs and roaches.
