This is a horrible place to live. The rooms, beds and cupboards are infested with cockroaches and bugs. The water pressure at higher floors is extremely bad. Water drips from roof after rain. I know they charge less for rooms but you might as well live in a dump if you decide to come here. Won't recommend anyone to come here. The conditions will force you to move to a different place during your first month only and you won't even get your security deposit back, which happened with me.

One of the worst Pg I have stayed in Bangalore. If you have any issues in the room never expect that it would be fixed. If you have paid any advance then just forget because they are not going to refund. Food quality is also worst. If you are going to stay here, just be ready rent will get raised any time with a notice period of 1 week max . Washing machine never works. If you any one is going to this PG , please make agreement from them for rent increase etc. And most importantly please be ready for bedbugs and cockroaches in food.. I have attached few snaps for water seepage on my bed during which was not fixed, I have informed the owner several times. This is my personal experience I have shared.

Pros - good owner, excellent location Cons - water and electricity issues, small cockroaches in building, small capacity geaser, tough competition from other newly built pgs like Kings and Queens pg The owner is good, but this pg also faces the same issues as all other stand-alone buildings do - water and electricity issues. There might be days when you are having a shower and the water supply is gone, and water comes by tankers, so don't expect quick response. You might be in a meeting and the electricity is gone. Also, there are small cockroaches in the entire building. There is 1 common geaser for the entire pg, and usually that is not enough, and it is highly likely that you would go to office taking a cold shower. Food is okay but don't expect wonders, and like all other pgs, food is cooked twice a day - in the morning and during night.
