Despite a monthly rent of ₹13,000 and equal deposit, an extra amount was unfairly charged for just a one day stay extension and ₹1,000 was deducted from the deposit without any proper agreement or prior written policy. No clear calculation or justification was provided. Lack of transparency and professionalism in handling refunds. Would not recommend for tenants expecting fair and honest dealing.

In this same area there is one pg heaven colive under this same ishtaa pg , it not safe for women , owners are very rude , so many outsiders are allowed at night, lady owner favours boys and very bad behaviour towards girls and women , food is the worst in whole banglore

I am writing this to warn potential tenants about the unprofessional management at Ishtaa Coliving. I vacated my room 20 days ago after serving a full one-month notice period as per the PG's mandatory rules. Despite completing all formalities and clearing all dues, my security deposit of ₹10,000 (out of ₹13,000 total) has not been refunded. For the last 20 days, I have been following up with the owner/management on a daily basis. Every request is either ignored or met with empty promises of "okay." I have attached screenshots to this review as proof of: -The date I provided my formal 1-month notice. -My regular, unanswered/deflected requests for the refund over the last three weeks. It is highly disappointing that a co-living space like Ishtaa treats its residents this way. If you value your money and expect professional conduct, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere in Bellandur. To the Management: Please process the refund immediately to avoid further escalation

Nice pg with genuine rent and honour is friendly and food is 3 times a day including Sunday also. Balcony in every room including playing area and gym equipment also there. The owner is very good and humble. You will get your advance back without any delay so no worries on that part. I truly recommend those who are looking to stay in bellandur take in ISHTAA.
