They charge you for everything. That too not 200,300 its 3000,4000 and now they have also suspended their food services and the 3500 paid for it was not refunded to my bank account instead to the zolo wallet. If you wish to waste your hard earned money you can definitely choose zolo. And there is a property manager here, she is just there to say, "raise a ticket in the zolo app". No proper guidance regarding the rules. And on the first day I came, she (Muskan) herself took my mobile and gave her 5 ratings. I would definitely not recommend.

if i could i would give 0 stars. they promised good hygienic room that's fully furnished. I paid 475 rupees for booking to check the place out. I visited and one wall was completely ruined, footprints, gray and brown spots :/. and there was one small table(occupied by another girl), and I asked one for me as well and they said no table for you. What is this bs? and the place was extremely shady, nothing like how it looked like in the images. even the mattress was as if an elephant stepped on it

I have been staying at Zolo Elysium for the past 11 months, one of the first 5 customers to have started living here since its conception. The caretakers have been friendly and understanding, one of the best in terms of my experience. But some problems keep coming back unnecessarily from time to time. To be very clear, we were asked to sign an agreement that stated that the rent for the year starting from August 2018 was fixed as INR. 11,000/- and security deposit of 11,000/- (Fixed as 1 month rent). The first month had lack of basic facilities such as absence of mirrors in rooms, plug points near the bedside table, water problems at crucial times (even though it was rainy season), facility to help dry clothes, and many more. When management were told of these problems via raising a ticket, they just gave away smart and circumstantial excuses without providing a levy of rent for the following month. Fast forward to January 2019, I was told that Zolo as a whole had received funding and thus our building would get 'decorated' and made 'attractive', something which should not have affected the tenants but surprisingly it did. We were asked to pay a rent of INR. 12,000/- after a mere

Duration of stay : 2 years Rent: Expensive for they provide. Sudden increase in rent. Housekeeping: Current HK are not good. Cleanliness: No good water. (Algae and unwashed water cans) If you want to know in detail. Read below I have been staying her for nearly 2 years now. Initially when i joined the house keeping and care taker are genuine. That why you can see lots of good response in the past. New care takers are not good. They use to take your headphones and other valuables. We have faced lots of theft report later it was reduced. They increase the rent like 1000 - 2000 suddenly and ask you to pay the extra deposit too. You have to pay rent in first 7 days of months. But when you checkout you will receive your deposit in 15+ days. If you report about any theft they will say you have to take care of your products.

Pathetic services. Bathroom door got jammed and no one cared to fix it for 2 days. Raising a ticket is of no use, you'd be answered with an automated reply. Would you really like to live in a place without bathroom?

These guys increased the rent from 11k to 12k. And the perks we get are: A lift which doesn’t work. Nobody is ready to get it fixed. I’ve heard they didn’t pay the maintenance charges to the designated company. Usual food which is not edible. Their online customer support is a hoax. Service related requests fall on deaf ears/systems. Overall a disappointing experience

All fake promises. They will never refund your security deposit. Every month they will collect extra money for something or other. Mr. Sagar has horrible attitude, only aim is to loot money from innocent people.

A friend of mine has been scammed by these people. They will make false and pretentious claims at the start and in the end when you want to leave the place they will change all the details like the rent also you have to pay a higher amount for the last month before leaving.

Don't go for this pg. Worst pg. Worst food, no response to requests, no hygiene. Even the care taker and house keeping left coz zolo didn't paid them well and whole month salary. Don't go for good reviews. They are from there employees. TOTALLY BAKWASS
