Worst pg in the BTM Layout. He won't provide any facilities like lift, TV, cleaning and worst maintenance and he will ask rent before month ends. Owner is very money minded person and always drunk. Food is very worst(they will keep afternoon food at night). If we ask any questions about food,feels like, he is providing food for free.If we ask for any facility which includes in the rent, he will ask for extra money to provide facilities like lift, TV. So, don't join in this pg and don't waste your money.

Well, my friend was living in this pg, According to his experience I came to know the owner(Ramanna Reddy), is not a good pg owner. He increased the rent with a notice of 3 days. He increased the rent and closed the lift facility. Food in the pg is horrible, my friend got admitted in hospital for 8 days , he got food poison. At the dinning area of the pg where all food is , you can find a big and dirty rat. I saw my friend suffering so I would suggest you not to go there. My friend has left the room but still he did not get his security back. So, overall I will not suggest this pg .

Worst PG in BTM. Lift is switched on only when it is not required much and other time off. You can't eat food in your room. Rent is comparatively very high and same rent for both Hall and inner rooms. Food not good at all. Even south Indian food is not good which other PGs provide good. Moreover lift is of very old model and you have to close the lift manually. Sometimes you will go to other floor if you do not open the door before someone on other floor press the button for lift.

Owner is very rude he is nice when you paying money and you won't get any amenities like WiFi ,tv daily cleaning and he will not return your advance money back drunk all the time speaking to you. All my kannadigas ,Tamil makale and Andhra people don't go there it is waste of your money don't go to interior of building. And don't believe owner and he always drunk and fighting with people.my review is genuine and specially north Karnataka and raichur people don't go and stay there. about food :some time food is good and some time it is average all the time it is poor.

Owner is very needy... Troubles you when you vacate with the matter of money ... Keep a note on how much advance you pay and how much rent you pay for the days of first month ... Had to talk a lot about this before I get the benefit When I did not have a room mate in 2 sharing I was ordered to keep the door open ... There was no room for privacy Too much restrictions on usage of electricity ... About the service... Rice quality is not so good for health And found stones in the dish twice ... And vegetables are kept open that is y rats come and eat a portion ... Not sure they use the same for cooking or not.. No bed bugs in the pg for good sake ... But vegetables and all were already poisoned by rats ... Owner had sometime drunk and fought with people inside and outside the pg ... The worst pg I have ever experienced. Please do not accommodate yourself here ever. I had experienced dengue on the first week itself Don't know the cause of it But rest of the days were fine

Everything is good in the pg including your wifi,food, cleaning, location I saw everyone talking about the owner who is good and understanding but he is the manager if this pg all are talking about he was actually good and understanding he recently left this pg and the owner is taking care of it now guys trust me the owner is soo rude 😡 nd very greedy for money he will talk to u nicely when u are joining but after that he shows his true colours I saw that one guy was late to pay the rent by Just one day and the owner was so rude with him threatening him that i will kick u out of the if u don't pay rent in was feeling bad for him since the manager left this pg every is leaving this pg because of that owner behaviour Please guys think twice before joining this pg

Cleanliness s good staff n other s not good... They will open doors wen no one is there for cleaning.. afternoon food s not good.they won't allow to carry box for lunch r dinner. Won't allow food to room from kitchen. Owner WL drunk n talk some time No respect to other people living in PG.....

Ventilation is very poor. If you try to open the window , u will invite mosquitos . Power cuts are too often and that too for more than 1 hour . The owner is very rude and insulting . Using foul language. Asking to live on railway stations . Irritating owner . Please dont go if you have self respect .
