“They will not give your deposit they say u have to stay what ever may happen and there beds as bedbugs, washroom as cockroachs and room is full of cockroachs. THE RC will say the we will do pes control but they did it twice but there is no use of it not even single cockroachs died and they will pes control is done there will no bedbugs and cockroachs”

“Food tastes bad and sometimes rotten and also food serving per person is very less on wednesdays and sundays which are considered the only two days we get good food in this pg as we get chicken and paneer, they give little little to everyone and no one gets enough, if we want more we cant as it usually gets over quickly. when it gets over they are like go to other stanza pg and eat why?? why not our own pg can have enough food, we feel weird when we have to go to other pgs, also no hot water available here properly, sometimes it comes sometimes it does not.”

“THEY DON'T HAVE MONEY TO ORDER FOOD FOR US! lunch timings are 12 to 2:30 but food gets over by 1:00 itself! same goes for breakfast and dinner food gets over in just one hour! and a lot of people are left hungry, they say add a ticket for any complaints you have, we do, but nothing happens! no solution! DO NOT JOIN HERE I am stuck because i got a 1 year contract can't leave without paying one whole year rent or they'll keep my security deposit.”

Also the security deposit is also not given on time after you leave. People stay here for max 3 months and leave PLEASE DON'T COME HERE AND WASTE MONEY

They will talk some terms and conditions which will not be in the contract. It's been more than 45 days since exit, but still no clarity or no reply. Worst ever service
