They do scam here. Don’t return deposit . Also keep adding the random charges and at the end when you ask them your deposit, they send you legal notices and all after adding any random charges. They are scammer out there. People don’t have time to legally take action against them. That’s why they take this advantage. Please don’t take this pg.

Worst PG to stay in. The property manager talks rudely and never responds to calls. The services and amenities mentioned are not provided by them. In my washroom, jet spray was not working , it was never cleaned by the cleaning staff and the discharge pipes were clogged. The food was horrible and I'm sharing the pictures of how terrific the room and the kitchen was. One day, rainwater flowed inside my room flooding it completely. My laptop is not working because I had kept it on the ground and laptop soaked in water. I needed a chair and called the property manager 5 times, and he never responded. The door lock was horrible, it took us atleast 10 mins to close and open the door. All I can say is never book this PG.

Very near to eco spaces and Bellandur bus stop. Staffs cleans the room once in two days. I only had dinner , which I gets on time. Breakfast i haven't got , even if I come early, lunch may come sometimes may not come sometimes. Sunday no food. The one positive thing is that they will increase the rent every month after you stay for 3 months. They don't want people to stay here more than 3 months. Also they won't give the deposit once you live.

I was lucky enough I had made only advance paid. Now I really can understand whatsoever is written on the reviews is pretty right and correct. They are not able to stand on any commitment.

Fridge broken, and laundry machines and lift is out of order for days — and not a single person from the team takes ownership. When you escalate, they act like they’re doing you a favour by even listening. One staff member was outright rude and dismissive when I asked for a simple update. You can deal with small issues — but not with a team that doesn’t care.

I had a very bad experience in this PG. Don’t choose it just because it’s cheap. There’s no proper sunlight in the room, and the bed has bedbugs. The food quality is also very bad. They bring limited food on purpose, and it gets over in just 20 minutes.

**Beware of Colive – Hidden Charges and Poor Living Conditions!** My experience with Colive has been nothing short of a nightmare. They initially promised me a rent of ₹7,500, including all amenities, but I ended up paying ₹9,913 due to hidden charges. When I asked around, others had the same issue for months, and now their rent has jumped to ₹11,600. The salesperson, Mohit and the all sales person, is the biggest fraud I've encountered. He made false promises just to get me to sign, and now I'm stuck with all these extra charges. Also, when you pay the initial deposit, don’t expect to get it back easily. It’s a real hassle, and they seem to come up with excuses. On top of that, the living conditions are terrible. There was no water for days, and the lift was constantly out of order. Colive is not worth the money or the stress – I strongly advise against choosing them!

Worst company ever. They just scam you for everything and take your money. Your deposit will be refunded is a lie. Your will be charged extra money to take the room as well as double the amount when you leave the room. They have no proper documentation of their policies which will tell you about these charges. They will threaten you to do legal action if you deny to pay.

The worst PG experience I ever had. 1. I opted for one sharing for 17k+GST, but ended up paying 22 to 24k (lot of hidden charge) 2. A lot of water problem 3. Most of all I choose to vacate after finding out that my room can be opened with any key (Room no was 106 if anyone choosing it, be aware) 4. I paid security deposit of 17k for which I got refund only 2k even after raising notice period 2 months before (electricity 3.5k, separation charge 7.5k, Repair and maintenance 4k) The property manager Mr. Rakesh is responsive, even though the problems won't be solved but at least he would hear it out, but If I want to blame someone it would be the whole Colive team itself, seems like a Coporate Money mafia fellows.
