**Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!** I had an awful experience with this hotel. I had **a confirmed booking**, but when I arrived, they **claimed they had no rooms available**. Even after I showed them my booking confirmation screenshot, they **refused to acknowledge it** and didn’t offer any solution. To make things worse, they **didn’t even refund my money!** The receptionist was **completely unprofessional**, playing a mobile game instead of addressing my concerns. No apology, no assistance—just sheer **disrespect and negligence**. The worst part? They left a **woman standing alone outside at night** with no help. This is not just bad service; it's **dangerous and unacceptable**. I strongly **DO NOT recommend** this hotel to anyone. Stay away unless you want to be scammed and treated horribly!

Very small room. 9x10. Not as mentioned on the website. Very bad location. There is almost no approach road. Remote location. Doesn't felt safe for family. Booked for 2 nights, however after looking at the condition didn't stayed for single day. When I asked for refund for atleast 1 day, I.e. 50% only, they denied.

Dirty, poorly maintained, dangerous electrics, leaking basin drain, power cuts so lifts get stuck.||So as a transit hotel you don’t expect much, you are likely to be transferring flights with a long gap so a readily accessible, close to the airport hotel with basic cleanliness and maybe a spot to eat.||Firstly, thank god the sheets and towels were clean but the general standard in the room was poor, yes it has been cleaned but the room was grubby, old poorly maintained fixings, ceiling fan hang from its electrical wires snd had come loose from it ceiling fixings, turned it off straight away as it was o er the bed and didn’t fancy that crashing down. The sink drain had a leak so just sent a small stream of sink water onto the floor, again small mercies at least it wasn’t the toilet||There was no restaurant on-site so you had to order from an offsite food outlet via an in room menu. The food provided was expensive and bad value.||Yea not a good experience when you are tired from travelling, needing a rest and need to get back to the airport for your next flight.||Just don’t do it!

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay. The room was very small and felt like a lodge, not like a proper hotel. Early in the morning, I had to wait more than 30 minutes at the reception for my airport taxi. There was no staff available, so I ended up boarding the wrong car. Later, when another driver came, even he was unsure whether he had come to pick us up. Overall, a very bad and frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel gave me mixed response, the hotel is neat and well maintained and it’s about 6 km from Bangalore airport. When I booked the hotel I got a message from hotel checking about my arrival and any help required I was really happy with their approach. I checked in to the hotel and it was seamless during my check in and enquired about extending my stay they said its possible and they accepted the same price. As I mentioned the rooms were clean and airy. Since the hotel doesn’t have any restaurant they have some tie up with a local hotel from where we can order the food. I did ordered my dinner and it got delivered to my room and I checked the bill they mentioned extra charges for packing and service charge when I asked about it they said it’s common. After that I found that there is no table or place to have my food in the room. Some how I managed and had my food (food taste is average only) Next day I went to reception and mentioned about my concerns about having food in the room and the delivery service charges. They responded me back rudely stating that it’s my mistake not to look at the photos of the room. I replied back how on earth someone would notice that in that photo?

Breakfast is pretty bad, there is no restaurant nearby and they take advantage because the hotel's restaurant is very expensive, plus you have to order it to the room without a table to eat. Uber does not arrive either and they charge you 500 rupees to go to the airport by cab which is 5 minutes away. It is worth going to another hotel in another area if you want to be near the airport, because this one is more expensive in the end.

The rooms are too small no space for 3 occupancy with extra bed…. The bell boy also didn’t help us with luggage and also asked us to make our own bed when we asked for an extra mattress…..pathetic hospitality ……… booking not recommended

Not a royal stay... It is a loot stay. First of all not having a kitchen to provide lunch or dinner. On the request of lunch or dinner , they say to get it from Itihaas restaurant, then they charge for packing also. They should deduct packing charges as this should be the service from the hotel itself.

They are running a scam by adding a listing in Oyo with a different name - Capital O 76540. I booked a room from Oyo. I reached the location and found this place with a name - S M Royal Stay. They denied entry saying we don't take Oyo customers and asked me to contact Oyo. They gave me an option to pay them extra money for a room in their new hotel. They initially said they don't have a contract with Oyo but later when I said I will cancel the Oyo booking since they don't have a contract with them, they said don't cancel the Oyo booking else I will have to pay more. This means they do have a contract with Oyo and they are using Oyo to get customers here but charging extra. And I guess since people are tired and reach the location they pay the extra money to avoid the hassle. When i said I will complaint about their scam to Oyo and give bad reviews they asked me to get out of the property and do that. I request people to avoid booking here so these scammers don't make money.
