Cheaters. Once you vacate the room, they will simply ignore you and never return your advance. They make their own rules to avoid paying anything back. The food quality is very poor, and even after multiple complaints, there is no improvement or concern shown. It’s better to look for other options nearby—there are many ladies’ PGs available with far better service.

Not one of the worst but this PG is worst of all. Management doesn’t now how to solve things instead they will create fake stories and try to take money. For two sharing you have to pay 9.5 which is not worth at all for the food and room they give. Better join PG somewhere where it is cheap.. there are lot of good cheap PG in konnapa. Why to join in this PG with high rent when you get sane facilities in other PG which has less rent

This is the worst pg my one of the friend stayed here. The staffs are really rude and unhelpful, no proper management, worst food , no proper safety which created her many problems. Lack of amenities, poor service was unbearable. Definitely not worth.

Even if guest not staying in pg and not even using facilities still guest have to pay full month advance all money minded fake people worst food ever. Reduce the amount of food and usage of water if guest not even staying for 1 day calculate your pf rent based on days utilising facilities

One month food is good later on food is not good. It became worser and worser.The poor rating I have given because of the refund of advance. All facilities are okay. But it seems the owner is greedy. When I and my friend joined we gave 4000 rs advance. Our office shifted suddenly to sarjapur and we vaccated Pg suddenly. We are unable to inform the owner 1month back we are vaccating. While vaccating he told us he will deduct 600 rs ie, 200 rs per day for 4 days. And he told when new girls are coming he will give the balance amount after deducting 600 from 300. So I and my friend should get 4400 total. But he cheated now he only gave 1200 . He is telling no one came until 2 weeks. So we need to give that days rent for two beds. Please don't go to that Pg . People are greedy and they are very cunning to make money. And they are chetaing. I and my friend had a loss of 6000 rs. It is one Month Pg rent for three Sharing in that food.

Worst experience I had. Pg is maintained and food is good but the owner of pg dont have manners at all. He is very very rude. Illiterate dont have Common sence. He will feel like he is ambani and he will treat us like he is letting us to stay for free....

Good facilities but staff are not service oriented and rules have to be followed by paying guests but won't be followed by the PG staff. Raising the rent won't be intimated before 30 days as mentioned in their terms and conditions but refund won't be done even if there's an immediate vacate without 30 days intimation. Food is average.
