Worst Hostel Experience Ever. Staying at this hostel has been a complete nightmare. The housekeeping is practically non-existent, rooms are never cleaned properly, and the bathrooms are always filthy. The food is terrible lacking both quality and variety. To make things worse, the internet facility is a joke — it’s either too slow to use or doesn’t work at all. Basic facilities are not maintained, and the management is completely unresponsive to complaints. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place at all costs!

The food in this PG is terrible. I'm tired of the food here. I haven't dined here in months. The main gate in this pg is currently closed, and in order to enter the pg, you must walk down a horrible route inside the building. Rooms do not have adequate ventilation. The staff is pleasant, but the rooms and meals are of poor quality. I recommend that you do not take this page.

Worst experience, while joining they say all good things. I vacated this pg 6 months back but I haven't received my advance. The in-charger of pg is not responding and they blame each other n won't give solutions. Don't stay in this pg to waste your money. Food is also not good n the plate smell bad u can't have your food in that plate. Don't waste your money staying here.

Do not book stanza specially granada house . This place is horrible, at the time of onboarding these people will tell you fake things and fake promises. Food is worst and even after complaining no one listens. Lot of internet issues and you can use their wifi only no other network works here. A very big mistake is choosing this property to stay . Everything here is just show off so please do not believe these people's words while they convince you to stay.

Ya so firstly all 5 star reviews are by people who work here. So really don't trust them. Secondly, why I gave 1 star. They will be very polite in the first few week you shift inside. Very polite to collect money from you. There is an app where you order and complain about things But once you have paid everything, shifted in, that's when the problem starts. You order food but it's not warm. Quantity is controlled which means you will have to go somewhere else to satisfy your hunger. Drinking water we were giver were large bottles of bisleri, filled with tap water, changed only after a guy fell ill. Complaints will not be attended. Wifi doesn't work at most times or you cannot login without hitting your head with a stone. Rooms are cleaned once a week. Mngmnt will discontinue your services for their own misunderstandings amongst their depts and make you run to different people to get it solved. Rooms are nice, no complains about that. They are only there to make money by tangling you in company policies and will even contradict their contracts.

Laundary - Washing machines are having some technical issues ....but in general no problem with laundary The main problem was after pre-booking we are asked to shift to another property ....the pre-booking charged 1000rs and was guaranteed for 12 months.... preference not given to already living residents Staff - helpful staff ... generally they help us incase of any problems Food and management with high rents is a big disadvantage here according to me ... otherwise its good....no loyalty shown to current residents EDIT: NO sports (Table-Tennis) and GYM provided in estepona house... Wifi is disgusting nowadays .... doesn't work properly
