Royal homes in name only. Rooms are too small for the price you pay. You can get same facility for less price in another PG. Food is not good, hygiene in kitchen is too poor. Feels like hostel, and more rules then hostel. Totally worst experience.The maintenance people act like thay are ur parents. If you are going to the room, where there is only one bed left. They will try to outcast you by creating rumours. Owner won't help you. When I was in this And one of the worker was spreading rumours about her, in kitchen and mess hall. "5 star review I saw for this PG are all seems like fake." Edit:- Do you think I am fool to post review in my own name, obviously I used a fake name😆. But the experience I had in that PG was true though.

Very attitude and rude behaviour owner, no respect and safety for girls in this girls pg, very bad food, worst rules and will scold everyone for others mistakes, even her sister being a women will speak nonsense and support's his brother for all his mistakes, no respect and safety for women at all, very greedy people for money, if we want to vacate we should give prior 1 month notice to them if their mood is bad and they don't like people they will say to vacate on immediate basis without seeing where girl will go all of sudden, don't go to this pg at all there are very good pg's for the same price and even less price in this area.

This hostel owner is a cheater . Before we joined the hstl he said maintainace fee is 1k and advance 1k but he took 2k for maintainance.. don't join in that hstl friends and food also they are not providing sufficiently... Worst experience and he didn't give that money back .. not only me he did like that with my friends also ...

The PG owner is definitely greedy for money because if I vacated and asked him to join back and asked for 3 sharing while I was living in 2 sharing room before vacating, he used to deny but at the same time if I message him from a different number or my frnd message him he used to say yes its available. And this time he didnt even reply me and ignored even though I've stayed here for more than a year and vacated in between 1 or 2 time and came back to this pg every time after 1 month because I used to go home. I won't say the PG is bad or dont have enough space. It was a nice place to stay even the food was better than a lot of Pgs but the problem with food was that it gets over soon like the food timing is 7:30 to 9:30 and I reached there at 9, I won't get an egg because it is finished and time is over but I dont think the time is over according to me even if I come at 9:25 I should get an egg because they should cook egg as per the quantity of pg if it's getting over before time they should definitely cook again. About cleaning staff they were also quite nice only but the owner, his sister and his mom's behaviour is bad and rude.
