The worst pg in manglore. Starting the owner will treat you good and later she doest even pick the call and the warden is uneducated . They tell this is pg but this is hostel.The quantity of food is so less they don’t even give extra food if we ask them again They are only money minded and they are least bothered.

Really bad management. Once they get the admission they won't even answer your call for a concern. I only stayed for 10 days and I had to pay the entire month's fee. I asked for mess deduction and they gave very little although I was absent for 20 days. When I asked the basis of mess deduction they didn't reply and started declining my calls They didn't inform about additional e/c and water charges before taking the admission. After taking admission and paying the fees they said there's additional charges. The lady told me it would be around 150-200 for a month based on the usage. At the end of the month they charged me 200 even though I only stayed for 10 days, and I asked for usage metre or bill (since they said it's based on usage) and again they didn't reply nor did they take my call. To get the refundable deposit, I had to make multiple calls and texts to which they never responded and finally I got the deposit after calling a lot. They'll reply to you quickly and answer your calls before taking admission, once you get there they'll stop listening to any of your concern. The hostel is neat but the management is unbearable and rude.

As I wanted to stay in PG (Single room) especially it was required for my online consultation.. we came twice to see the room.. there was a slab in between the room which was a problem.. they told me that they will remove the slab within the 2 weeks of stay.. and they mentioned that they will provide another sharing room till then temporarily.. Priorly they had agreed that they will return the caution deposit after 3 months.. but then they increased upto 1 year.. they also told that I have to pay 23k at the day of admission that also except electricity and water bill.. and I adjusted to that too And after that I came to this place from very long distance that too in this rain.. after coming here I asked them when my room will be ready for the stay.. otherwise I had to stay temporarily in another room which is not suitable for my work.. To that they replied very rudely that how can it be done within 2 weeks.. it can take upto 1 month or can't be done at all.. we can't tell when it can be done.. and also they don't have proper communication within themselves in the management.. and sadly due to this I couldn't join my new job too.. so had to return to my home town on the same day..

It's great place to stay for high school and college girls for long-term but i would not suggest this to post graduate students and working women. They have so many rules like small small rules which are not suitable for adults. - And the main DRAWBACK is things gets stolen in the pg I lost one speaker, two earphones and small things like gel, chocolates and gulab jamun 😂. Yeah! It's true, even though we complain and they didn't take any action. So many CCTV cameras you see in the building which are of no use. - They maintain good cleanliness and it's very neat. -Toilet bathrooms are very clean but you have to share with others. - you have to pay separate water and electricity bill Every month -rooms are very small , congested and it's bunker bed system which is very uncomfortable to adults. -there is particular time for eating after which you won't get food also there are not choices in food. -for separately cleaning, hygiene, ambience i would give stat stat as it's maintained very well - If you are in a group and rent a flat that would cost you same money or cheaper.

There have many bad comments about this hostel, if you want to lose your weight, this is the best option becoz you can't adjust their food menu.In any case, the fee must be paid on time, or a fine will be charged. If you are intrested to stay there,you must ready to face and survive the all things what there happened good luck 🤌🏻😸
