I stayed there for 1 year and was one of the first customers to rent there a room. The owner is very cooperative and very good. But u will have to compromise with food. I personally didn't like the food despite the changes in the cook and had to leave for the same reason.

Pros Food was ok! Menu was like breakfast idly ,dosa ,semya,poori Lunch sambar and white rice 2ce a week lemon and some kinda variety rice, Dinner chappathi and rice with channa masal most of the times it will be Dal and sabji ,Sunday nonveg wil be provided for dinner good ventilation and lighting . Wednesdays egg curry . Whatever food they provide will be decent, can't expect varieties but I felt was hygienic. Nice cook!! Decent wifi speed enough for wfh ! Food 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Cons Once I faced a incident in the early morning refrigerator for fired and the management person in pg was struggling a lot to light it off he was not at all aware of basic safety measures like was about to pour the water on stroamig fire thank God he didn't and the bikes where parked so ensure your bike safety as well . Instead the refrigerator can be kept in 1st floor or inside the kitchen to avoid these kinda insident. Be negotiated on rent as I got to know that rent deffers between person to persons after a month I was paying 13k and got to know few other mates where paying 12k for single sharing. Management persons knows Hindi,kanada, Telugu only so I had little trouble in communicat
