“I have been staying here for the past one month in a single room, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom is absolutely filthy – they promised cleaning on alternate days but in reality, it happens only once a week. The drainage system is disgusting; if you flush, dirty water literally comes back out of the drainage filter. The geyser has not worked from day one. I’ve raised multiple tickets, but every single time I get a fake email within 30 minutes saying “your ticket has been resolved,” while nothing is actually fixed. This is nothing but cheating and false promises. This property is a complete scam. Management doesn’t care, facilities don’t work, and hygiene is non-existent. Save yourself the torture – DO NOT stay at Zolo Renaissance PG.”

While booking the room, they gave eye catching offers/promises, after getting into property, they will change the rules and force you to pay rent without offers. Customer care will act like they will assist you, but they won't. Food is not hygiene- cockroaches will be roaming. Tiny room with no proper ventilation. Will never recommend this hostel to anyone.
