Terrible PG experience: poor quality food, the owner is often drunk, and early morning disturbances disguised as cleaning are constan🤧. Only responsive to high-paying tenants, the owner is solely focused on money, ignoring critical issues like water shortages and power outages. Definitely not suited for IT employees—avoid at all costs🤧🤧

I stayed here for almost 2 years, recently I feel the building is shaking and I'm not feeling safe here. We told the owner about this but he is not taking it seriously. Important points: 1.If we are going home, the room we stayed in was rented to other people for a couple of days without our concern or knowledge. 2.Pay the rent only online (UPI), if we paid cash he will say 'sometimes' not paid the rent. 3.Food: Sometimes we can see insects in food. 4.If any items are missed, the owner is not helping to find it.Even he is the one who allowed other people to stay in the room. 5.Lift: He turned off the lift after 10 PM. 6.Parking: Parking is not good,there is a lot of dust. We need to clean the bike everyday. 7. I went home for 3 months and paid rent for all three months (18 K).
