“Worst experience in RG resorts malur I have booked venu for my son's 1st bday party They have charged me 50k for banquet hall with roof top .. and the manage told us to pay full amount of 50k we paid on spot .. and the hall Wass very small we can't ocupie 250 members there and height was not ok for the decoration theme and we asked for only roof top and we dnt use AC hall for that again manager called MD sir (ramegowda) And MD asked for our concern so that MD sir told if they use or not you should pay 50k no discounts on it for that I have agreed because I dnt have any option to change and date was near by and we asked for 2 rooms which they wer giving complimentary for venue booking .. gain another mange gave 2 rooms keys and told us to pay 5 k deposit amount after checkout I ll give back ...but I paid 3k and they told after checkout I ll give back but next day if ask for the refund they told they can't refund because of party hall was dirty and kitchen is dirty so we ll hold that advance amount for cleaning ...dear RG resort staff pls dnt make scams on people.... If any one wants to book rooms or venue for any function means pls think twice before booking”

“This is very worst resort which I have ever seen because here in this resort there's no safety for girls and they allow outside people to come inside swimming pool when girls are swimming.... And there will be no proper action taken.. Best advice for everyone do not visit this resort..”

saranya reddy★★★★★Check in on 23 and check out on 24. We paid for executive room and expected the room to be Atleast in 3-star level. Frankly, overrated hotel with poor service. Room is full Of cockroaches and Tidy. Washroom is stinking with cockroaches and not at all clean. We have paid close to 4k but the room worth is not more than 1K. Unworthy place for stay. Apart from all the negatives, location is good.

The beds were horrible—lumpy, uncomfortable, and me with my daughter n my husband barely slept The room was in appalling condition, with dirt, mold, and broken tiles in the bathroom. Bathroom is the worst of all... Felt like we entered into a public toilet. Looks like they haven’t maintained it in years. The staff? Completely useless. Rude, inattentive, and clearly couldn't care less about the guests. Every issue I brought up was either ignored or dismissed with attitude. The food is even more horrible. We checked in at 9.30 pm n checked out in the early hours before the sun came up. Don't even breath the air inside this hotel. It's smells like mold. Im wondering how they even got 3 stars!!? I wouldn't even give them 1. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free. This place is a disaster.

I have been there for 3 days consecutively but there is no change in the both taste and service. And main thing is it is located in karnataka locality and in the tv they put only hindi news channel which adds more frustration to the already made disaster in the food n service quality. Not recommendable at all.

All children play area is under repair.... People even do not respond if asked for some coins or sports goods there.... They simply reply that those are not working.....

Nagabhushan Hebbalalu★★★★★The guy at the reception is a worthless Bangladeshi (I'm sure he has an Aadhar card) who is extremely rude and pathetically dressed, I think his shirt was last washed when the resort was built, swimming pool is dirty with animal feces all around and within, every Tom Dick and Harry from the surrounding villages can be seen swimming here in their elastic-less, multi-hole underwear, even here I feel the pool's water hasn't been drained and refilled since the pool was 1st built, smell of urine and excreta is found at every inch of the resort, rooms are extremely disappointing with cobwebs everywhere and fungi growing out of bathroom doors, toilet flushes algae filled water, broken mug and bucket, the TV in our room did not have a set top box hence was not functional. I strongly advise against a stay at this stinky place.

Very bad welcoming when we had called the hotel and booked the rooms. Bathrooms taps were damaged and not attended even after repeated complaints. Very bad service. No room service available after evening. Also charged extra by giving the reason of tax.
