DO NOT go to this Resort by looking at these fake reviews. This is not a resort where you can spend a leisure and relax time what you expect in a vacation. They are running the resort like a hostel where everything is strictly time bound,be it breakfast lunch dinner or a mere cup of tea. I was10mins late to the tea and it was over. They didn’t even serve after a polite request. Food is average with very limited options. The most pathetic part was the rooms that are far away from the resort and they do not have any room service for any dine in. You have to cycle or go by your vehicle for anything related to food which is very inconvenient when you have kids with you. The rooms are not the part of the property, it’s a plotting project where they have taken the rooms in lease probably. They have two tiny pools one for the guests and one for the pets. Atleast a basic infra is expected when you charge 24k for two families including food for a single day. It’s mere loot.& And there is some serious hygiene issue as well. I saw a family feeding their dog in the same bowl used for the buffet for the guest. The staff there saw it and didn’t bother untill I had to go and talk to them about

One of The worst place i hv seen.. horrible experience...vey boring.they charge for food which is very very costly..paid 10k for room they charged 4k for lunch again extra money for pets ..the rooms were average .they didn't even keep one toothbrush.no phone or tv in the room .. they kept very old stock or tea bags and milk powder..would never ever go there..

We had read a lot of positive reviews about this place and decided to visit this with our friends. There are so many problems with the management. You have to walk all the way from rooms (1bhk) to the dining area which is around 200 mtrs and no matter how much it rains they won't do in room dining or arrange to pick up. We friends were with our respective infants and it became impossible to reach the dining area. On top of that the whole dining area is always covered with flies. 2. Wifi does not work in the 1bhks 3. There were so many power cuts throughout the night Have nothing against the staff, they were very sweet and helpful but all of these points made our experience bitter. All this trouble was not at all justified for the price.

Let me give my honest review, I went with my senior citizen parents and 1.5 year old kid. (I don't have a pet) And they got completely bored. I felt wasting their & my time and money. I just agreed to visit after reading 4.8 rating. It might be a good resort for dogs. As they have enough places to play n mingle. But if you have senior citizens and kids please avoid this place.

This place is terrible with respect to many things. Rooms are not even set up before they hand over. Basics like towels, soap, hand towels etc are not even at par. They keep a half used vivel soap bottle. The staff are mostly lost, display a don't care attitude. Did not even ask why we left one day early in spite of paying. Food is over priced, cutlery is cheap, dirt, bedsheets were torn, plug points did not work. I can't say enough. It is a crappy place

No doubt rooms are good and property is huge but there arre many things that needs to be addressed. Food is really not upto the mark. Especially chicken dishes are very few and very bad in quality. It was not properly cooked and didn't look fresh. Both lunch and dinner had just 1 chicken item and it was yuck. Even the BBQ chicken was very hard and not fresh. Swimming pool is small and heavily chlorinated. Distance from villas to food counter is very far and not possible to walk under the sun. Even for morning coffee, we got to walk for a long distance. Room service not available. Local staff are humble but the hindi speaking staff have got a lot of attitude. When we asked them to play music, we were told "hindi aur English gaana play Kar sakte ho. Kannada nahi play karna." When asked why, they told that majority of them were hindi guys. Actually speaking, we were a gang of 45 to 50 kannada speaking guys and many other groups too were kannada speaking. This is really not fair on their part. If this is the case, we will have to inform the respective authorities and make sure action is taken. If, with playing with kannada songs u have a problem, keep ur resort in north India or a

Came here with high hopes after reading so many reviews. Horrible place, We were given Villa with Garden, and rooms were full of insects. They didn’t offer us any alternative and we were made to leave the room in the middle of night. Anything happens to my family while leaving this secluded place. More of a stray dog resort than a human one! Pets are allowed which seems still ok but stray dogs sitting infront of your booked villa where ur kids will be afraid of stepping out also! Insane..And u dont get any room service at all and if you get food packed to take to room, followers will be the stray dogs.. Wasted weekend

It's ok aish resort. If you are travelling with family or kids I wouldn't recommend it. There is nothing much to do. Rooms are too far from the main area where the restaurant, the pool, reception, activities are located. There is nothing much to do as activities no nature to take a walk actually. The nature walk they say is actually outside the main area withbprivate properties n some emptying lands with lots of trees. For the room it's spacious for the price but the room price is never only for the room generally. We pay for the service as well. Service was not up to the mark. The night we stayed, there were several power fluctuations like 20 times, at last we had to unplug the AC n it stopped. Looks like the property is still under construction. Foods were average as per the price charges separately. Almost 1800/person for hi tea, dinner n breakfast. It's an army theme resort with rules only for guests. Like pick your own plate n timing which is good. But when it comes to food they don't follow a healthy way. They do not have a la carte instead have buffet. Which is so unhealthy way of having food if you went for a vacation. Why would someone be forced to have a lot of food opt

Rooms : The single rooms (not 1bhk) are not at all good, I mean very basic without absolutely no view from window whatsoever..for this price it's quite expensive! How can they miss to design their rooms to showcase the breathtaking views of nandi hills. - No TVs in the rooms (for this price atleast one expects TVs) Food - Decent but quite expensive, almost 2.5K per day per person - No alacarte, No room service Only recommend this for company outings with larger groups. Staff are quite nice and show good hospitality.

I stayed in this resort few months back. The front desk team is very bad in coordinating with the room cleaning team. They handed over a key of a 2BHK villa where the cleaning was still in progress. The rooms are very basic and there is seepage issue in the kitchen area. Food was very basic. Only good thing was the location.
