100 Days Review – 3 Sharing Room PG (₹8K/month, ₹3K advance) Pros 👍 1. Everything feels like a plus here—no major complaints. 2. Spacious 2-wheeler parking on the ground floor—a rare and much-needed feature. 3. Rooms are roomy and well-ventilated; floors are clean; 24/7 water and electricity with backup; geyser and exhaust in the washroom. 4. Large dining area with a TV for entertainment; kitchen is well maintained. 5. Open terrace with washing machines and clothes drying area; perfect for morning yoga or post-dinner strolls. 6. The owner is exceptionally courteous and helpful—truly the cherry on top. 7. Located close to the road yet peaceful with minimal traffic noise. 8. Roughly 5 km from all major tech parks in Bellandur. 9. Food strikes a balance between North and South Indian styles. 10. Three meals a day—vegetarian by default with chicken on Sundays and eggs on Wednesdays. Cons 👎 1. If possible, the rating would be 4.75 instead of 4—minor flaws only. 2.
