• When I was joined this PG(Jan) food, Owner behaviour, maintenance were good, When days gone quality of food, owners behaviour were changed. • Day by day quality of food is decreased that too salty, Sometimes no taste also, whenever we went for complaing about it atleast he didn't try to listen our words, he simply said (vacate maadu) leave pg, previous days were not like that. • Whenever we go for complaint he simply blame warden he slightly skip that matter or escape only, Both owner and warden buildup and escape batch only • They were Not providing Any tiffins for breakfast, mostly Rice items, Daily same menu (Sambar) only no change. • Food wise not good for Other state people. • Rooms are not spacious & for that little space room cost is too high. • Washing machines were also not good , Dust particles will stay on clothes only. • Finally for food, washing Machines, owners behaviour it's not worthy for your money.

I'm currently in this PG. All is good except clothes stealing. My clothes offen got stealen by some one Best example is yesterday (15 dec 2024) (in wet condition) my 2 shirt was stolen, i informed at night to incharge but no response after seeing my msg. Today (16 dec 2024) (same set of washed clothes) again some dresses got stolen. => U may say clothes can fly due to wind but my cloth clips where in rope . Next not only for me , my room 3 week before 4 jeans got lost.

The food they provide is not good. And the behaviour of the warden and owner is so bad. We won't get any privacy in the room because the warden keeps coming inside the room daily for no reason. They won't allow any of your friends or family members to visit you. They will simply say that "you are not allowed in pg". The advance they collect won't be returned to you. It will be given only if you stay for 6 months. It won't be returned even if there is an emergency. If you fail to pay rent. They will fine you 500rs. At that time they won't say anything but when we asks for advance when we veccate they will take money from our advance. No table and chair are there inside the room. Only a cot and bed is there. Other pg's provide them but not this pg. The location and the hygiene conditions of the pg is good. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The mess area is large which is a plus

"This men's PG was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were filthy and infested with pests. The so-called 'amenities' were non-existent, with broken furniture and constant water and electricity issues. The food was disgusting, often inedible, and gave me food poisoning twice. The management was rude and completely unprofessional, refusing to address any complaints.
