Worst place to live in. No internet facility. Worst food. Food quality is lower than average. Caretaker doesn't listen to anyone. Doesn't pay security refund on time. Owner is disgusting person I have ever met in my life. High cost. No one to take care of your problems. Disgusting place to live. Not a worth living.

The food is really bad here. Internet does not work most of the time. Water supply is not permanent. Only good is the condition of the room and that is the reason of one extra star.

Centrally located.Rooms are good.security is there. No water problem. Generator is there as alternate power. Balance north and south combination unlike other PGs where they give only north indian foor or only soth indian food. Owner is friendly and listens to our suggestions and implements. Ceaning is very good and covid19 had impact on business and other things. During tjis time this PG is the best for safety and for safe food. Has been serving 3 times food sinch March though trying and putting best efforts to improve quality with available staff during this difficult time. This is my fair evaluation. Important- during work from home this PG was like 2nd office with internet supply. Gernerator backup, food. Though it was additional burden on owner due to hige power usage he carried out his committment tbough siffered losses due to vacant rooms due to corona. This can not ne forgotten. Small small things will always ne there in any category of service providing properties because of human nature. We should appreciate and any shortage is arranged in minutes.

This pg is better than rest in the area, everyday room and washroom cleaning is done. Amenities such as food, water, refrigerator (common), washing machine (common), wifi (24*7) are available here. The generator is also there in case of power cut. Hot water for shower is available. Tbh I liked the stay here, sometimes food didn't go as desired but let's get real, with all the facilities, this could be ignored.

Very Polite and full understanding owner. You can never find such best pg in this area. Amenities: Working Lift Washing machines (ground floor) Dining place RO drinking water Ground floor bigger TV Sufficient no.of chairs to dine Sofa and sofa chair in ground floor Sweeping and cleaning rooms almost daily Food non veg and veg ( special foods being served in dinners of Wednesdays and Sundays) Every room has a working TV One big water heater tank on the terrace Better quality food cooked and slef service CCTV surveillance( almost 10 cameras) 4 Floors building terrace open for drying clothes etc. where two more rooms are also there Fan, iron cot, bed, separate almirah All bills included in the Rent itself (food has Rs500/- or something extra) Ground floor parking for bikes and bicycles Kitchen can be used and you can cook on your own, you can bring your stuff request cook to make dish of your like. Very humble and good Cook and Cleaning person As amarjyoti layout 3rd main road has dead end no much traffic, so four-wheeler vehicles (if any) can be parked outside infront. Food Is okay okay ,..! You get separate Balcony here,,, 2 sharing 11000Rs. And single sharing 19000Rs,,, Aminites are bike parking, hot water 24*7, slow Wi-Fi 😂, washing machine top and front.. daily room cleaning, On weekends 3 times food and weekday 2 times food
