Had bad experience there. Server at breakfast table was rude and behaved bad. Found a cockroach in the plate which i informed the server after which he got irritated and started behaving rudely. It all started with, him not moving the used plates of previous customers instead asked to sit somewhere else. Later he asked the other customer to keep her used plate at our table where we were still eating our breakfast. Service was pathetic. Rooms were decent but found cockroach in beds.

Room quality - worst they have uploaded fake images and there are bugs and cockroaches in bathroom and under bed sheets. Room service - worst. They take 3 hours to get one coffee, or any small request and we need to remind them at least 5times before the job gets done. This stay is not recommended for families.

The room was nice , but during checkin they told , they will give Breakfast complimentary, , they even told rhe breakfast timings will be from 8-10 am morning, but we went to breakfast at 9:40 am , but the Reception ppls are very hopless and giving nonsense reason saying that , breakfast is over , So this is the bad Experience what we have expirenced in this Hotel, Hopless and worst service.

I visited this place with my family, I had a walk-in booking, I was given at the price of 2500 for 4 people, the room was smelling with cigarette smoke, I went to reception and I immediately informed, he comes with a stupid spray and spray and told me to adjust this night and we let it go my wife and baby was very suffocated, next day we where offered breakfast and we didn’t know which is the plate and we took some steal bowl the guy was very arrogant came to us and started talking very harsh, food was cold coffee was cold and I found insect in the Kesari bath I told him he said it would fry and come and flow in your plate, I didn’t talk a word, I let go they gave me 1 bottle of water for a room and charged me for bottle in breakfast too, very bad service and bad staff I will never come back to your place or I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends.

Rooms and hotel is good, but service is pathetic, don’t expect things will come to room as ordered, For a sharing room they will give you one bottle and there won’t be soap, no cups to have tea or coffee they will ask you to drink with pethitic paper glasses No proper management of their own inventory, If you order to room something it won’t come for sure

Don't book through online,if u want to stay than call them directly to get better offer and good stay. Don't don't compromise for anything if u book online. Rooms r really good and no ventilation at all,u can stay for a night for comfortable stay and neat rooms.But extra charges applicable if u go early or or late check out. Be conscious.
