I am writing this after staying in PG hope it would help people: Pros : • aesthetically looks good with terracotta work • care taker was cooperative • price 11K for double sharing Cons : • my room was hotter than outside temp , in winter it's fine but in summer it sucks. • No power Backup for lights n fans in PG • No Lift ( but wasnt a big issue for me ) • Food was Ohk Ohk
