There are few improvement desperately needed at hotel. There was so much loud music at until late night and early morning, I could hardly sleep. Morning breakfast was delivered without taking into consideration my need. Overall hotel is ok but service level can be improved to a large amount extent.

Very disappointing experience dealing with the owner. I booked this property with a clear agreement that airport pickup and drop were included in the package. Despite that, my client was charged an extra ₹1600 directly by the driver arranged through the hotel. When I contacted the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he repeatedly told me to “ask the driver.” This was surprising because the driver was arranged through the hotel and all booking, pricing, pickup and drop arrangements were coordinated by the owner. If the hotel arranged the driver, the responsibility should not be passed on to the customer or travel organizer. I then contacted the driver directly, and he initially agreed that the amount would be refunded. However, after speaking with the owner, the driver stopped responding to calls and messages. The owner also stopped responding. A refund was discussed and agreed upon, but till now nothing has been resolved. The issue is not even about the ₹1600. The issue is the lack of accountability and the way the matter was handled. When a genuine concern is raised, customers expect transparency, support and a proper resolution. The worst behaviour of the staff we experienced. They did try to scam us. Incase if you are planning to book this, please don’t book it. On addressing this, they called us mental. They were abusive and said jo karna hai karlo, reviews dekho hamara. Please do go ahead with it. We had the worst experience and it was scary as it was my only sister travelling.

Best row house experience in Bangalore! Loved the privacy and open layout. The villa gets great natural light, ventilation is excellent, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Perfect for families - kids can play freely in the lane. Society maintenance is on point, no water issues, and it's just 10 min from Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru. If you want villa vibes without the hassle of a big plot, this is it. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nice, clean and good. But imdokt get a taxi through them. They were trying to charge 600 rupee's for a 10 minute ride to the airport. They reduced it to 500 when I said I paid 335 rupees through Uber to go from the hotel all the way to downtown Bengalaru, which is an hour ride. In reality it should be 100 rupees or less. I would have used Uber but the app was having difficulty when I get alwas trying to schedule it. Just be aware the taxi will be far more than it should be if you have them arrange it.

Had a pleasant stay at this villa. The room was clean, comfortable. Staff were very kind. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. One area for improvement is the Google Maps location, which currently directs guests to an adjacent road instead of the actual property. Updating the map pin would make it much easier to find. Overall, a good stay and a relaxing experience.

The hotel was okay for the price. The staff was very nice, checkin was possible around the clock and it is easy to reach with a 15 minutes drive from the airport. And that is the Main purpose to stay here I guess. Breakfast was taste. Problematic though is that the place is not completly clean. Hair of the guests that stayed before you in the rooms in restroom as well as in living area should be a no go today, as well as cleaning with used cleaning tools.
