Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Food hygiene is extremely poor and quality is below standard. Washrooms are not maintained properly it is very unhygienic and hot water is not available regularly. Cockroaches were seen near the sink, kitchen area, tables, rooms, doors, and even on beds, which is unacceptable. Even the washing machines are not serviced properly. When you wash your cloth in the machines your new clothes will get all the dirty spots. I put my white shawl in that washing machine it came out to be very dirty you cannot wash your clothes in those washing machines. They will show you some pictures of libraries and gym but there are no equipments, it is also not cleaned properly, In library you will see all the stuffs except books and space to read books. You cannot stay in that place mess hall , kitchen and also that library are in the same place so when you enter that mess hall you will feel like vomitting a strange smell comes out. The jet spray in the washroom was broken and not fixed on time. Complaints were not handled professionally. One of my friends stayed at Wake Up Ladies PG, and it was a very disappointing experience. The overall management is careless and does not care about residents. The food quality is extremely poor, with no proper menu, no hygiene, and no buttermilk provided at all. On holidays also, food is not served, which causes a lot of inconvenience. The rooms are congested and poorly maintained. Regular cleaning is not done, and maintenance complaints are ignored for days. Washrooms are dirty, and common areas are not cleaned properly. They also lock residents into a 3-month blocking period and increase the rent suddenly without prior notice, which feels unfair and unprofessional. Even though it is supposed to be a ladies PG, smoking and drinking are happening, and no action is taken. The staff attitude is rude, and they do not respond respectfully when issues are raised. My honest suggestion is not to join this PG. My friend faced many unnecessary problems, and this review is shared so others can avoid the same experience. Wake Up Ladies PG is not worth the money.

I have never ever stayed in any pg like this.They will block you for 3months by telling you cant leave until 3 months get over otherwise you will not get your deposited money back.Also, they don't provide hygeine food. And worst food taste and pg is not clean.The people who are working over there does not know how to behave properly. Moreover, you will find cockroach and bed bugs in the rooms and cupboards everyday and if you inform them about all these then they will ask you to show the pics and videos as a proof.Kindly don't fall by their words like they have GYM, Washing machine, Power backup etc. All these are there in the place but not in proper working condition.And they will ask to give good feedback forcefully while vacating pg. One more thing...they will ask cash to be paid for the rent. Think 10 times before getting into this pg. I took a hasty decision by their sugar coated words. Hope whosoever is getting into this pg should take time and verify properly before getting into the PG.and that warden will ask for the extra money without knowing to the owner to give the good rooms.

My sister stayed in Wake Up Ladies PG, BTM 2nd Stage. Her experience was very bad. The PG is not clean, and there are cockroaches. The food quality is poor, and the management is not helpful. They promised many things before joining, but later changed their words. They also returned only part of the advance amount, not the full money. I don’t recommend this PG — please check other options before joining.

First they will tell you Abt all the amenities and last moment when you have finalised everything they will say that it's not available and you hv to select upgraded rooms at higher prices saying next month you can shift but with no guarantee. Very lazy and no prompt responses. Everytime you have to text and call in order to know the updates. Learn to work!

I strongly advise against choosing this PG — it’s genuinely one of the most repulsive accommodations I’ve ever experienced. Prior to moving in, the management appears exceedingly courteous, but their true nature becomes evident the moment you arrive. My room was infested, and the cupboard was constantly teeming with cockroaches. Despite repeated complaints, not a single issue has been adequately addressed. Most concerning, the owner lacks basic decorum, especially in interactions with female tenants, and it's extremely uncomfortable how they monitor residents during mealtimes. The food is unhygienic, and all the promised facilities — like washing machines and gym equipment — are non-functional. They impose a restrictive three-month lock-in policy, refusing to refund your deposit if you leave earlier. The staff is discourteous, and instead of resolving issues, they demand photographic evidence as proof. Upon vacating, tenants are pressured to leave positive reviews and are even asked to pay rent in cash only. My girlfriend has stayed only 1 month there and she got food poison there and while going to mess rigth side there is a room which has a odour there and cockroachs are more than humans there strictly advised to dont go there and they wont explain the rules that make them profit , they ask to stay 3months lock in period to avoid Tax they ask Tenant to pay Rent Via Cash only Please Don't stay here ❌❌

Not even a single equipment of this pg's gym is working. they are just showcasing like anything. food is also of very bad quality. rooms are too small. staffs are so manner less. they will treat you like hell.

It was very bad experience.. me and my frnd was communicated that we want stay for two days and the owner said ok, date time everything was communicated two days before only.but when we went they only don’t know and that room was very bad washroom was not spacious to take bath and not cleaned. And they mentioned charges per day is 350 in the receipt but they charged us 450 per day.. I don’t know everyone was mentioned it’s nice PG.. I personally suggest everyone to before making payment visit pg and check your room also. Totally it’s worst experience.

Before coming here I checked reviews I ignored all bad reviews and trusted those good review and boom!! you know what, the good reviews are all from fake account from their side. I wish I could rate 0 to this pg no manners at all, especially that tamilian guy vijay who doesn't know how to behave with girls, they're only behind money. They forced me to pay 5k just because I was vacating pg (I didnt have any rent pending)taking my office desktop away, he made me go to ATM at night and made me pay immediately to get my system back although I had agreed to pay it morning, such a cheap fellow. The food they prepare here is nothing but aloo and you never get food in here always the food will be prepared very less all the time the food would be over. Please don't get fooled by the photos they've shown. I highly recommend not to choose this🙏🙏🙏such a disgusting pg I've ever been. Before coming to pg they'll be very nice once you come here they'll show their true colors. My room was full of bed bugs and cupboard full of cockroaches. And no facilities in washroom they haven't fixed the issue at all. Please don't ignore my review and go to this pg I've suffered here for not bothering the ba
