Stayed here for 2 nights. AC didn't work , staff were reluctant to shift room or even acknowledge their mistake. They sent some room boy to check if the AC was working and finally told technician will come in the morning. How can they not check if AC is functional or even that too in summer before handing over the room to customer. Mysore has lot of good hotels never I had such a terrible experience. Top of the no resturant too. Think wisely before staying and giving your hard earned money here for zero customer satisfaction.

Title: ❌ Unsafe and Misleading Stay at Mysore Radiance Hotel — Beware Before Booking! I had a terrible experience at Mysore Radiance Hotel in Mysore, which I had booked through MakeMyTrip. If you’re planning a trip to Mysore, I strongly recommend reading this before booking. When we arrived at the property, we were shocked to find that a part of the hotel was under construction, with construction workers constantly walking in and out. This was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. The atmosphere felt unsafe and chaotic from the moment we entered. There was no parking available inside the hotel. Guests are expected to park their vehicles on the road, which is neither convenient nor secure. To make matters worse, no staff offered help with our baggage—something basic we expected from a hotel in Mysore. The receptionist, Mr. Acchaiya, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted we take a photo on the hotel’s desk camera in addition to the standard ID verification, claiming it was an order from Mysore Police. "Extremely hostile, unwelcoming, deceptive, shady, unprofessional and uncouth" I booked this hotel for a en route rest quick stay at Mysore, for a night. We were tired after a long drive and we reached the hotel. Here's my rather unsavory experience with these people: 1. NO PARKING: When we reached the hotel, which is small plot converted into a hotel. The parking space was used to construct an extended part of the hotel. The watchman signaled us to park on the main road. Although there's enough place on the road, the vehicle safety cannot be guaranteed. 2. NO HELP: We hauled our luggage from the road to the hotel without any assistance from anyone. The watchman looked on like a stranger. 3. CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS: The entrance was dusty, dirty and covered with construction debris. And the pricing is no way cheap for this kinda stay. 4. GLORIFIED OVEREXPENSIVE LODGE: There were piles of laundry at the so called reception area where a dhobi was picking up all the dirty linens I suppose. 5. UNCOUTH RECEPTIONIST: The guy at the reception is a cocky, unsavory character called Acchayya. From the beginning he had a very authoritative, unwelcoming demeanor. Never stood up to greet us. Very

I had booked from Cleartrip but while check-in the hotel told they only have tie up with MMT, Booking and Goibibo. It was such a pathetic experience and have wasted 2hour to get the refund and I paid almost double than what I paid to cleartrip. I don't know who is at fault but I feel the hotel management should contact and delist the hotel from Cleartrip. It maybe a a tactic to get extra money from guests and the management already knows that the hotel is listed in Cleartrip. It's the hotel's responsibility to clear all fake/wrong listings. How the guests will know that Cleartrip listing is not genuine. So I don't know how Cleartrip is showing the hotel without the hotel management adding the property in Cleartrip Other than that the hotel is good with clean and good rooms.

Construction is going on in the property. There is no proper place to park your car inside the property . You have to park in the road . Security Guard did not help us in carrying the luggage from the road into the lobby. Receptionists were very rude . They have no training in hospitality.There is no restaurant in the hotel . For room service, only coffee is available which is also from a vending machine. Avoid the place at all cost

I booked this hotel in a great hurry. Just noticed the exterior and room’s cleanliness but it came to disappointment when I came to know that this Hotel doesn’t serve food (not even freshly made tea or coffee). All you get is vending machine coffee and tea. Also there were no toiletries in bathroom! We had to explicitly ask for these and then it was provided. No Coffee, Tea sachets for refreshment which is standard across all hotels in this price range. While doing check out, the person came and questioned us about one towel to which we told that it’s hanging right behind the chair. Such behaviour from staff made us feel very uncomfortable. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone for such behaviour. I paid around 6k and I can tell for sure that it was not worth the price I paid. It looked like some 6000-7000sqft residential plot is converted to Hotel with less experienced staff. Additionally the basement parking has limited space so if you have SUV, it would be difficult to get parking. There are plenty of options in this price range whe

- Highly unprofessional behavior of persons at reception : We booked two rooms with some advance . A lot of civil work - hotel extension was going on completely blocking one side of hotel by dead wall just 5 feet away from the rooms .. no view, no natural ventilation and civil people working right there. The person asked us to pay full payment immediately and promised us to give rooms with the view . We insisted on showing the room before paying .. we found that the person allocated us room with dead wall and nuisance of civil work. As we decided to go to other hotel , the person reluctantly gave us room facing road . - practically no room service except for tea/ coffee. - room size is good but no locker , no facilities as available in other hotels

The location is calm and quiet, making for a peaceful stay. The rooms and washrooms are amazing—super clean and definitely well-maintained. Highly recommend this place! The only downside was that we ordered two coffees, and each was charged at ₹50, which felt quite expensive for a coffee machine. Overall, it’s a great place, and I hope they continue to maintain the same quality and pricing in the future.
