The management of this hostel is a bunch of lies. They have soany sweet things to promise once you go to their place. The food is horrendous, though the kids are forced to pay along with the rent for the food. The food isn't edible. Cockroaches and worms are a frequent sight in the food served. Once you enrol then it's as if you are bound by the agreement of a year. The management gives a shot about complaints. They are just bothered about getting their money. Please don't fall into their trap. Please do your due diligence by speaking to previous students or parents to get first hand feeler. In plain words, this is a set of rogues running the show. No sense of professionalism, disgusting people to deal with.

1) once you pay money then it's done they treat so badly untill then it's all sweet talk and sweet promise 2) they don't take responsibility for the security,we can't lock our rooms because they don't give us keys and when we leave it in there responsibility they don't care I have lost so much of my things here 3) we can't get our parents in but they have given rent to some families in same building as the girls pg where men stay too

I got my daughter admitted here last September 22, n had to take her out after 3 months. i must say that the rooms are spacious n the furniture n equipment they gave was good. its also a 15 min walk from Christ college where my daughter studies. the food way just ok. But i had to remove my daughter for the following reasons: 1. These are individual apartments that are converted n they didn’t give the key of the main door to the apartment to any of the girls. so theres a security breach. Anyone can walk into the apartment at anytime. the biometric scanner is never used. 2. the house keeping was pathetic. 3. They say the boys wing is separate. however there were boys n girls all over. even some of neighboring apartments had other families. 4. They say they belong to Rentorio but it’s not. they made my daughter to sign a contract with some lady owner name n the contract rent amount was showing INR 6000 while i was paying 20000 for a double shared room. they said it was to avoid GST tax. 5. u have to pay for 1 year in advance n when i pulled out my daughter they didn’t give a refund. So this place is a rip off. There are plenty of apartments nearby where kids can stay, and its more sa

This PG is just around average due to the following points. 1. Rent is high and not worth it 2. The rooms for the boys are small. 3. They switch off the cameras from morning to noon because of which the cameras cannot record anything. I have personal experiences where things have been stolen from my room and I am not able to trace it back. 4. The food quality could be better. Overall I would recommend that this PG be the last option to shift in for Boys.

Food is a problem. Except hard Chappati and Rajma nothing is served. Shoud serve healthy food so that the hosteliers who are only girls doesn't fall sick. Team Rentorio should answer both good and adverse remarks which makes it transparent. Kindly reply. I understand now there is a slight improvement in the quality of food. ( After a month)As on 1.1.24: Food has become very bad. No vegetables in the menu. Nobody is bothered. Inmates eat outside food only. Management is not bothered. Somebody should go to consumer court or file a case.
