“Very very bad. I had Paid and booked it from OYO still he asked me to pay to him again as the payment goes to OYO. If you have Family don't visit. There is nobody on reception all the time. Parking is also not so good. The room which was alloted to us only one power socket was good rest were not working. The bathroom door did not had Latch from inside and there was someone else's Underwear. Work was going on so there was cement and putty everywhere. The bedsheet had Fungus on it when asked for change he never came for change. Oyo does not have full information about the hotel they did knew that construction work is going. There is Bar on the Ground floor attached to the entrance of this hotel.”

“Arrogant management. They are not accepting OYO booking. Whereas they demanded abnormal amount more than the confirmed amount of OYO. WE visited there with family. Even though they treated us in a non humanitarian manner. Surely I want to file a legal case against the Management and also to lodge a Police complaint. We suffered a lot”

“We had worst experience with this hotel.They have photos of the hotel which doesnt provide stay to the customers. As the local people the hotel has a bar downstairs so people doesnt take this hotel it seems. Oyo ,MMT was showing the hotel for stay . If its not given for stay then they should remove the hotel from their lists. first of all they have given a wrong location. you have to walk around 20 minutes to the place from the location they have provided. This area will not have any local transportation facility as it is in the airport area. so have to walk only. next thing when you reach there you will be directed back to another hotel near bus stop saying that they cant provide stay there as there is a bar downstairs. When teaching the other hotel named Cosmopolitan (which also belongs to them ) will tell you that they are different hotels and cant provide you room with the same rate as of mmt or oyo . They will charge you with 1000 rupees for oyo rooms and 1500 rupees for deluxe rooms per night. Oyo customer care couldnt provide us with another hotel so we had to take this fraudsters hotel . The room was totally stinky, ac had water leakage, shower not working, no water in tap”

Chair to sit and worst customer receiving. After making extra payment they have given non AC room. Even i asked about it. They said that i booked non AC only and when i shown the app it was a n AC room. They asked for more money. They are literally scamming the customers. Strictly Avoid this hotel.

din dba★★★★★If you book this hotel in oyo, they asked 500 extra. If you give 500 extra then only there will give better room otherwise it will be the worst room. I went with family, it was the worst experience. Please don't book this hotel in OYO. Most of the cabs will not be available from this location to the airport.
