Pathetic rooms and horrible service. Key cards dont work, even after booking rooms and paying advance once we reached there was no room for us. The one they gave us was not maintained well. Bedding was satined, mattress was bad. Washroom did not have hot water. No wifi, no utensils in the kitchenette.

The experience in the hotel was not too pleasant. The have not cleared the room and made ready for the next costumer. The used where left in the both rooms. The induction stove was not safe to use. The windows curtain was damaged. The kitchen sinks were not clean. They had Brochure named TUSK. But they said they don’t have service.

The quality of bed spread and blankets were very dirty and they didn't change even after complaining. The wash basin was choked and they didn't clear even after complaining . Overall a very bad response by staff and were very arrogant. Prices are too high and not worth the money. There are plenty of good service apartments in the same road and avoid this property..

Hi, we recently stayed in this property but we were highly disappointed. Water heater not working, toilet flush is not working, water has stopped after 7AM. We have travelled all the way through car and reached their by 12 midnight and so far we have changed two rooms with same issues. I would not recommend this property.

Don't expect hot water after 7am for bathing. Receptionist Mr Srinivas says that you have to go early for bathing. Stayed for 4 days, all 4 days I complained every day and no hot water. Srinivas's response was like.. if you want to stay be here or else check out. He behaved as if he is doing charity. Sometimes lift doesn't work. To have breakfast or dinner one has to climb 5 floors. Dinner has limitations, one can have sufficient rice.. but chapatis are limited to 2 only. You won't get more than that. Breakfast will be available after 8.30am only.. Dinner also after 8.30pm In breakfast they provide cut fruits.. but every day same water melon.. don't expect fruits other than water melon. When asked at reception, they say.. we can't provide other fruits. If you need tea / coffee, there is no provision. They don't provide any tea bags or sugar sachets.

Worst service, you need to keep reminding. When I had checked in, I only had one question if hor water for bathing available and the response I get is "yes available all 24 hours a day", in reality the water is not even Luke warm. The reception fellow would just ignore these concerns.

They have given used rooms with dirty bedspreads. Upon request, they changed the rooms but the other rooms were also in the same condition. When requested for manager's name they did not reveal. Totally poor management and irreponsible staff.Think twice before you book this rooms.

I booked on MMT for 11th to 13th May 2019.On reaching at reception at 1030 night with my son and wife the reception staff demanded for more money then actual payables in full before check in. Very rude staffs. Had to leave with check in denied.

Made me wait for 2 hours although they new the price of booking... Then they made me wait and then finally said they will not give the booking... In the night I had to sit and search for another hotel and travel there after a very tiring journey. They make the customer suffer how much ever it may be just to see if their needs are met... No consideration to the customer... This has happened mult times with this hotel... One time one reason and another time another reason... This is the person....!!!!
