PG management and Name changed last month as "Stay Grand". Hygiene and cleanliness improved considerably. I am staying here last 1.5years. Breakfast is the best always and on time!! Wifi is good 24 x 7. Lift has got emergency backup. No water problem at all, except once in last year for hot water! Lunch and dinner good served hot, if you are within timelines, or you get Sambar Rice/ Dal Rice for extended hrs. they will make it again if all food finish. (Individual preference may differ) Very close to temple, Metro station, VR mall, Phoenix mall, with lot of food joints and "greenery" around!
