“⭐ 1-Star Review – Avoid This PG ⚠️ **Serious Water and Hygiene Issues** The biggest problem here is the **water supply**. Most mornings there is **no water available** for basic needs like bathing or washing. Even more concerning, the management appears to **store and reuse wastewater from the RO purifier in the tank for general use**, which raises serious hygiene and health concerns. Several residents have complained about headaches, fever, and other health problems. The **owner’s behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful**. He often shouts at residents and speaks in a way that creates a very uncomfortable and stressful environment. **Food hygiene is also very poor.** I have personally found **rat droppings, hair, and other unwanted particles in the food**, and utensils are sometimes still dirty even after washing. Another worrying issue is the **lack of transparency with reviews**. Residents are reportedly asked to **post positive reviews before receiving their security deposit**, which makes many of the existing ratings questionable. Based on my personal experience after staying here for a month, I would **strongly advise anyone to avoid this PG and look for s”

Sriharsha★★★★★Good PG in reasonable cost. Hygienic and tasty food that feels like home food. This is the rarest PG that I observed doesn’t compromise with the quality/brands of the ingredients and recipes. The owner is respectful with well behaved residents. They provided Jain food on request The PG is uniquely spacious with respect to common space. They take care of cutlery, buckets, mattresses, pillows etc.. which is super convenient and saves unnecessary expenditure. The rooms are all well lit and well ventilated. Washing machine is provided; there’s plenty of space to dry clothes. WiFi is good. They have RO filter and keep replenishing the water bubbles time to time. They have bore well and no problems are faced even in summer. They have geyser facility. The cook is in house and accessible. The PG is pure veg and doesn’t allow smoking/drinking. The area, Banashankari itself is posh and peaceful. They have a big puja room in ground floor, accessible to everyone. There’s also a little open space in front of house with a few plants. The many small things add up and make the stay very comfortable. They can improve on the cleanliness aspect though.
