“Be careful when you reserve a hotel online:|Today 1st October, 2021, had been to Dharwad for an important business meet. I had booked my room with check in date 30th & check out 1st thru GOIBIBO app & the details are also shared below. As I went for check in at 7am on 1st as my stay would last just for 3 hrs, the receptionist MR. Shubhankar handed over another voucher with OYO ID (same has also been shared below) stating for an additional payment of Rs. 989. I contacted GOIBIBO, didn’t get any response, then I contacted OYO as why am I getting a voucher of their company when I had booked thru GOIBIBO and they replied rudely saying that I need to contact GOIBIBO as the payment was made to them. I spoke to GOIBIBO again and this time they said they had raised a complaint and would take some time to sort it out 😳. Really very furious. How could this happen….who is to be blamed. It’s something like paying more & keep following them for the refund….don’t we have any other work to do.”

“Horrible experience at this place. At the check-in they gave us the room which had bathroom glass window broken, giving no privacy of bathroom. Asked to change the room, they gave us room next to restaurant exhaust which made loud noise as if a JCB was running right into our room balcony. Complaint about it and they said restaurant is almost closing and noise will stop. In the morning, again noise started when Breakfast hours started. ||entire hotel was smelling like food, hallways, lift etc. ||Parking in basement was full of trash, water, mud and stinking really bad.||||Will not recommend this at all.”

“Re editing this review from 5 to 1 star, this is my third visit i booked 3x deluxe room & I had applied "Oyoloot coupon" where I saved 350₹ but while check in they asked me to pay it, I paid & then I was surprised to see the smaller room than a usual 240sq room, this was very small but still I adjusted without asking them bcuz I was tried n drowsy, my room no was 316 the Toilet seat cover was broken, mix smell of perfume & pee on blanket, "gyser wasn't working I had to call receptionist and wait for almost 45mins" if u have any important meetings to attend then don't trust this hotel. & Also they refused to give me the bill & i was asked to download it from the app I booked by receptionist again I asked them to atleast give me the bill that I paid at hotel during check in. They refused again.”

A/C is not effective even at 17° temperature room doesn't cool, when complained the executive told he will check, walked out of the room and no response after that.. we had to call them several times to hear a sorry with no solution 2. Bedsheets were dirty, pillow covers had holes in them, towels were so rough, we used the blankets and towels we carried (thank god i packed them with me) 3. we stayed for 2 days and no one cleaned the room (no room service concept I guess) we even had to call and ask for complementary water bottle on 2nd day 4. Service is pathetic, no proper response, even after paying online there was no confirmation call from their side.... The list goes on.... Its better to close down... Go there if you want to get Disappointed

After arriving there they told they have not received our booking details and they are not with OYO and the contact no. is no their's but displayed same no. in their visiting card and Google. When asked OYO customer care they made us to sit in the lobby for an hour with constant hold but never answered. Owner and hotel people even switched off the lift for 10 mins when we are inside, this shows how rude they are. It was very horrible experience over there. Atlast as it was sunday there were no other hotels were available in net to book we need to walk in to the hotels to get room.

Pallavi hg★★★★★The Substandard quality of service from OYO is deeply regretted. We deeply regret and express our indignation at the unsavoury treatment from Hotel Owner. He denier check in to us citing trifle & frivolous reasons though we reached the hotel well after permitted check in hours. His behaviour was akin to as if he is providing us accommodation free of Cost though he was aware that the booking was prepaid. It is disheartening that neither OYO nor Hotel owner did inform us about the non availability of accomodation. This caused us great inconveniene and discomfort as we were forced to look after an alternative in late night. We solicit your intervention in this matter and hope you ensure in the future that the hotel owner mends his demenour towards the guests.

AnuKad★★★★★We booked this hotel on Agoda and received confirmation of our booking and the amount was deducted as well. When we reached the hotel, the owner told us that they don't have our booking and OYO may have cheated us. He spoke arrogantly to us saying he can do nothing and will help us 0%. when we called up OYO customer care and they asked to speak to the owner, he flatly refused. He asked us to take our luggage and exit his property. OYO may have messed up, but we expected better behavior from the owner of a hotel. Would never recommend this property.

False discounts are shown actual hotels own price lesser than list price on oyo! A Sad and dull type hotel , cheap property ,poor hygeine, and cheap unimpressive, dirty sheets, ok service

On reaching the hotel the owner was very arrogant and denied us check Inn saying that such a room was not available. He told us that he could give us a room of a lower category provided we made an additional payment . After we denied to make the additional payment he refused to give us any room and didn't even return our money. We left the hotel and have contacted OYO. This is absolutely ridiculous and customers are being cheated. Action needs to be taken against these people.

Dr Subia★★★★★Simply useless, no amentites, ample mosquito filled rooms, if u book thru oyo, still they charge their own tariff. But they even charge for complimentary water bottle. The rooms are useless and yack bathrooms.

Siddharth K★★★★★Booked a room through OYO at 8pm, told them specifically that I need a room with 2 double bed and one extra bed. And to my surprise, when we came for check in at the hotel at 10pm, they say that we have got ur booking of only one double bed room.. And we will have to pay extra bed.. Didn't even give 2 double beds, with 2 kids.. No option left at 10pm to search for other hotel with family.. Horrible experience.. Never a room with Oyo and this Parkview hotel.

Menaka Alagarsamy★★★★★Actually , am not suppose to give 1 star as well otherwise i cannot continue with this POST. Hence given the same. Really had a bad experience with this property. We ( 6 adults 2 kids) have planned for 1 N stay on our way to GOA from bangalore. Booking made through OYO with the complete amount paid in advance. I have checked with the property 1 day prior to our checkin (2nd Oct) as well as on the day of check-in wherein they have confirmed our stay. However ,just 10 km prior on reaching this property ( @ 10.15 pm on 2nd oct) , we have received the call from OYO and from property mentioning our booking has been cancelled giving pathetic reason for cancellation ( network issues / on going maintenance work in the property ) for the confirmation given earlier. Poor thing is even OYO has not extended the support to find out the alternate property and just given vague reply saying money will be refunded and we should select the alternate one. Either OYO or property are least bothered about customer and failed to understand our situation on untime with 2 small kids. Hence, decided not to book the stay through OYO in near future....

Paid for breakfast via online for one day , asked for same day exit and asked to issue break fast same day which every others accepts, but this Rude Charectors demand to have only for next day.. Peace of mind dont expect from hotel. Note : they wont even give a bottle of water in room. Anything and everything money matter. Good that while speaking they didnt demand service charge for replies
