“Very bad experience. Never come to this place to stay. First of all the Rent for single room is really high almost like a flat. Owner's behaviour was really friendly at first when I came. As my last month stay was approaching his behaviour became very rude , angry and ignorant. He took my Iron away without asking and didn't inform me that we have to pay 750 rupees a month for Ironing in spite of telling me all the services available at the PG. There is a lady who cooks food for people who stay there. The Lady is unbearable and the most rude person I have ever met in the city. Her behaviour really makes you avoid her as she always stayed suspicious and blames wrong people everytime. She gets angry for no reason at me and bangs my door loudly which really makes a person mentally frustrated with her. Her arrogance makes you avoid conversation with her everytime you see her. I have never met such a rude, angry and arrogant person in my 1.5 year stay in Manipal. Think 100 times before staying here. You would be mentally frustrated and exhausted by the cook lady's behaviour itself.”

“Fraud And Money Lost. I have stayed in this PG for 2 months. Gave the advance amount for 2months Rs 16000 as demanded. Now it's been 3 months since I have left the place and haven't Recieved the advance payment even after submitting the payment slip to him. He now tells the slip is not submitted, which he intentionally kept away. Especially if people from non Manipalian's come he knows there will be no local support to win over him. With me 3 students stayed, even their Money was lost. It turn out to be a lot of harsh talks and threat the day we are leaving.(Like what can u do and held his ground) I'm doing my Master's in Logistics 2023-2025 batch. So please understand the owner is a Cheat and Fraud. Im genuinely saying this out of our experience. I was still going for my deposit and he is saying I'll pay u Rs 2000. Rest is for the maintenance etc. He said my bags were there in the room(which was never my bag)on 1st of October, so the whole of October fees has to be taken. The modification he made (removing the shelf panel that on the shelf so that u can keep clothes) turned out to be damage he made for my use. Hence he'll keep the deposit to himself with all these excuses. He make”
