A BIG NO TO THIS PROPERTY. I booked through agoda, reached Hampi with family and Kid than they are informing that No Rooms available. There were no cancellation update on agoda or any cancellation message from property. Experience was frustrated and disappointed since no other properties were not available at that locality. Agoda also didn't able to book any other stay for us. Just imagine what you will do in such situations. What I felt that this people become so low that doesn't have any empathy for customer even for a small kid, just for some extra money.. Also keep in mind that other guest who got the stay instead of me might be happy and share great review.

BIGGEST FRAUD. I could give 0 rating if I had an option. Shiva Lee, the owner took advance by talking very smoothly and our plan got cancelled due to a family emergency which I informed very early. He was supposed to refund but stopped responding. Picked up the call once and said he is an older citizen from Mysore, next time said he is Shiva only but haven't received any money though I have the proof. BIG LIAR and BIG CHEAT, PLEASE DONT GO.

Beware of this property owner, he insists for advance Money and once you pay he stops responding to call. I had pre-booked for peak season almost 45 days in advance, he persuaded for advance payment even it was pay at property booking. He said he will provide receipt for my payment but after payment he stopped responding. Just one day before booking date, he sent message that because his property is illegal and HC has ordered to close all illegal Homestays therefore he is cancelling all bookings and will refund booking about. After that he stopped responding and didn't refund the booking amount. Beware of this fraud.

One of the worst homestay in hampi. Never go there. Charges will be like a five star hotel and service will be worst. They will try their best to extract as much money as they can since we are tourists. Very arrogant and uneducated owner, Good for nothing. There are many other good and better placed to stay in hampi. Avoid this Lee homestay. Total worthless

Always remember that sometimes photos are deceiving. There is no board for the building and in my personal opinion, the roads leading up to the building is not good. There is no photo which shows the front road for the building. Terrace is just empty without any tables and wide angle lens really took good photos. I have stayed at lots of homestay places but I don't call this as a homestay. Edit1: SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES AND VIDEOS 1) There is no answer given to my questions about either the board or the road leading up to the building, which shows that it is in a wrong place. 2) You don't have to tell me how to use Google map. I have even found a toilet in the forest using google map. It's not about that your site is on google map, it's about the road leading up to it (especially if you are driving). Again you didn't answer my question there. 3) First 3 pictures are the ones on your Booking.com website, which I think are nicely taken 4) Next 2 photos and 2 videos are mine which shows that you only have one table in the whole building and not several as you have shown on terrace. That's called duping people with the photos. Videos also show that there is no mountain view even fr
