“The owner is very arrogant person. Fan gets off suddenly at night at will start again in morning or after 4 to 5 hours in morning. Even water in rarely available in washroom. No cleaning of washroom and rooms available.”

“%%%Guys what ever you write a fact review..the owner always says as a it's False Review %%% ... So Guys it's not false ...it's true . So Read below review completely. Guys, after joining this pg read the below facts. The owner will not accept a single rupee bargain in rent and if you want to stay for a short period like two months you should pay the whole two months rent at the beginning only. Main disadvantages 1. No proper drinking water 2. If we want hot water for bath in morning, we need to go and stand in front of owners house door with our bucket. 3. Sometimes I face a lack of water in the bathroom. 4.The owner will purposefully switch off the power in all the rooms during the whole day. It will cause main problems to charge your mobiles and laptops for students . 5. Without electricity during the day it is very difficult to Study/Rest in rooms. 6. Not only in the day, in the midnight also they will switch off the powes if we slept by switching on the Fans. So Guys, don't come blindly to this pg by seeing Google maps like me. So enquiry all the facilities whatever you required while joining. If they agree with your conditions then only go for join. We are giving them”
