I joined a MR 43 PG and paid ₹10,000 advance in cash without receiving a receipt. At that time, the owner's son told me that receipts would be distributed later, so I waited, but I never received one. After staying there for a few months, I vacated the PG. When I asked for my advance refund, the manager told me that only ₹5,000 was recorded in the note entry, and they deducted ₹2,500 as maintenance charges, so they would refund only ₹2,500. At that time, I contacted the PG owner's son, and he said, "I will check and update later." However, 3 months have passed with no response. I am totally upset because my number has been blocked by them. When I call another number, the person does not speak properly and avoids the issue. And manager also no response.

Very bad PG experience. Food taste and quality are terrible, and hygiene is completely neglected. Rooms are not cleaned properly and complaints are ignored. If tenants question anything, the owner simply asks them to vacate. Advance refund is a huge problem here. They also force tenants to pay rent in cash instead of online. Please avoid this PG if you want peace of mind.
