“Deae Owner’s, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention several serious concerns regarding the management and overall living conditions at your PG. I have been staying at the PG for some time, and my experience has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. The behavior of the manager, Prem, has been highly unprofessional. He often acts as though he is the owner, and his attitude towards residents is neither respectful nor fair. I have also observed what appears to be bias and favoritism, particularly towards individuals of a certain religion, as well as an unwelcoming attitude towards North Indian residents. This has created a very uncomfortable and discriminatory environment. Additionally, the hygiene and maintenance standards are extremely poor. There is a widespread issue of bed bugs across rooms, and cleanliness is not being maintained at a basic level. While the food quality was initially good, it has now declined drastically and is no longer acceptable. These issues are not minor inconveniences—they directly affect the health, safety, and well-being of residents, especially for those who are working full-time (9–5 jobs) and rely on a safe”

“Owner should remove pg caretaker.I will genuinely say that this pg is worst for each and every person who is Bengaluru near silk board.Since the caretaker prem behaves very rudely bcz he behaves very rudely with north indian.Please guys avoid this pg bcz of only caretaker Prem.”
