We stayed here for 2 days. Booked through Agoda mentioning 4 adults and 4 kids. But only one queen size bed provided. Also there seems to be overbooking happens in this hotel and they cancel after reaching as well. So please avoid. They don't have hot water at morning due to solar based heating which takes time. No towels provided and no restaurant inside except you pre-order break fast to bring from outside. If you are going as family, please plan accordingly. Receptionist Ashik is very helpful and trying his best to help us through if we are adjustable.

Booking not honoured; disappointing experience!!! We booked two rooms well in advance and reconfirmed the reservation with the resort manager/reception the day before arrival. On reaching the property, we were told there were no rooms available and that it was “sold out.” The manager blamed an Agoda overbooking issue. We were not the only guests affected—there were several families (we counted around nine) facing the same situation. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager directed us to another resort via a third person, which felt like a referral arrangement rather than genuine support. From what we experienced, confirmed bookings do not seem to be prioritised here. The impression is that walk‑in guests willing to pay above the listed booking rate are given preference over honouring existing reservations. This caused significant inconvenience, additional cost, and a poor start to our trip. Hope the property reviews its reservation practices, partner integrations, and guest communication to avoid leaving confirmed guests stranded in the future.

We stayed here as this was the nearest decent place from T Narasipur. We visited Yadu Skypark as well as Pavoni Resort and found this reasonable. We had come here on a holy yatra for Kartik Snan. The name is very holy, sanatani. All the staff members are Ms. The parking is very problematic. Hotel rooms are reasonable. Had to fight to get the water in bath rooms. They did not have basic room service. No tea/coffee, no food. The extra bed i ordered was filthy. Overall: Not recommended. Stay in Mysuru

Terrible experience overall — one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Problems just kept coming one after another. 1. The room wasn’t cleaned before check-in. When I looked around, I found cigarette buds and ash left on the table by the previous guest. Completely unacceptable! 2. No remote was provided for the AC or TV. I had to manage both using my phone. Service quality was extremely poor. 3. That night, the power went out suddenly, and not just the AC — even the lights and fans stopped working. The hotel claimed there was an electricity issue, but they didn’t have a proper generator backup. I can understand if the AC doesn’t run on generator power, but there should at least be lights and fans! We left at 7:45 a.m., and the power kept going on and off until then. Despite this, they still charged the full AC room rate. They should have at least given a partial refund for that night. 4. Parking space is available but very poorly managed. When I arrived, I parked where the staff told me, making sure others could park too. The next morning when I wanted to leave early, several vehicles were parked blocking the exit. It took more than 45 minutes to get out. I saw a few other guests

1.Rooms and service is good, all the rooms are big enough to stay. 2.Food is not at all good, it below the average and cost is like a 5 star hotel. 3.They ae charging 1 L water bottles Rs.38 there is not proper billing. all are print out one (any one can print this kind of bills technically these bills are not a valid one) 4.They don't have card machine also, if you ask, they will tell you it will take 30 minutes to charge basically you need to pay by Gpay. 5.In break fast options are very limited and it is complete veg. 6. There is no covered parking available. *Not recommended

The rooms are ok, but we were made to shift from one room to another. The bathroom tap was tilting dangerously as it was not tightened properly. Service was good and food was also good. The hotel being situated on suburbs, difficult to get anything whatsoever. There was no shade for car parking.

Located Amidst a picturesque field this resort is very good for relaxing. They were still building the pool and play area when we stayed here but the place has a very calm feel around it. The front office person Mr. Ashiq, and the help Mr. Farmaan are very helpful. We had a slight issue with the AC initially and they immediately came and fixed it. They are very courteous and ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The only little thing they forgot was to change the foot mat outside the bathroom, and had no towels. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
