“I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The rooms and linen were dirty, and the entire building is old and poorly maintained. The place has a foul smell and is nothing like the pictures shown on the Zolo website – please don’t trust them. None of the amenities are functional; even the lift has been out of service for weeks. The TV doesn’t work, and there is no proper ventilation in the rooms. Overall, this is one of the worst-managed stays I’ve come across and definitely not worth the money.”

Maintenance is nearly non-existent; essential appliances like the lift, microwave, and washing machine remain broken for months. Most concerning is the total lack of security. With no guards, no biometric system, and gates left open 24/7, it is likely the most unsafe PG in Koramangala. I’ve personally had clothes stolen from the terrace. To top it off, the manager is completely unresponsive and ignores all calls regarding these issues”

The entire place had a bad odor and was nothing like the polished photos shown on the Zolo website. Most of the facilities were non-functional — the lift has reportedly been out of order for weeks, the TV didn’t work, and there was barely any ventilation inside the rooms. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, and the property is far from being worth the price.

Have been staying here since 3 months and the rent amount has been growing MoM by 20-25% just on the basis of electricity charges. This month itself they charged ~ 700 INR which is 20% higher than last month. Seems like they're offloading the entire building's electricity charges over the tenants.

They close the tickets.. do not respond to the query raised and never come back to resolve. It's like you go on knocking on your head but nothing will happen....
