It might look like a good place when you visit but the maintenance is really bad. The water heater on my floor didn't work the entire time I was there although I complaint several times. The tap was also leaking the entire time I was there although I complaint about it several times. The food is most bad but sometimes they make is good. Cleaning staff do their job and the rooms are spacious.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were eating our food and shockingly found a foreign object (kit) in it. This is a serious hygiene issue and shows complete negligence in food safety standards. Immediate action is expected. Highly disappointed!

I have vacated the Pg after it’s worst management. I have complained many times about the smoking smell coming from room beside to my room. The management did taken action and promised us that they will make the residents (who smokes) vacate but that never happened. Management just warned them that they will levy a penalty that’s it. That is the main reason I (with my room mate) vacated the Pg. Food is not at all upto mark. Previously it’s better but later quality decreased drastically. If you think it’s a false review, I can attach the rent receipt as proof.

This is by far the worst PG I’ve come across in Bangalore. The manager and junior manager are entirely money-minded. Anytime something goes wrong—be it with the facilities or equipment—they immediately demand money from the residents. Even after taking the money, they don’t bother fixing the issue. It feels like they’re always looking for an excuse to charge you. They claim to provide a complaint system through the Prazo app, but no one ever responds or addresses the concerns raised. Their promises of a well-equipped gym, pool table, and quality food are completely misleading—none of it lives up to what was advertised. I strongly advise against choosing this PG. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from this place.

This was the worst PG experience I’ve had. The food is terrible — they don’t even know the difference between sabzi and sambar. The staff is rude and doesn’t care about our issues. It doesn’t feel like a Colive PG at all — it’s more like staying in a cheap OYO. Not recommended.

Worst management.. They will just speak like they will help with your requests but they will never fulfill. The manager will give lame reason that the owner is not agreeing to the request. He will ask to complain in the Prazo app but there will be no changes. Overall the management is getting worse day by day. When you say to remove this post, it shows your identity. When there is a complaint put on your PG, address it do not ask us to remove the post.. And this is what your approach to the tenants problem, since we are no longer in your pg we are unable to raise complaints in your portal. When we call to the respective owner you just point the manager and say that you are not responsible for this. When I check with the manager, he points you and say that he is not responsible for accounts to the pg. And there is nothing to hide I have all the chat messages and your recordings which I can share if you would like to. Be accountable and responsible for your tenants. Why do we need to blame you if you are doing things right.

Worst pg and coliving which I had ever seen.The management is so bad and are screwing the money for hours.i was planned to vacate by April last . April 30th night the person asked me tomorrow u guys are vacating na,I said morning I ll .so next day,may 1 we thought to lev around 12 as we have more luggages to shift .then person informed u need to pay extra 306 rupees for that day as u had mentioned may 1 as the intimation date.And it's half day done when u r leaving,so I need to pay. Food: Very bad when the time we came and now but bit better Facilities: Washing machine issue sometimes happens,rest all better Hygiene: Good Management: very worst management and people hold this firm

This PG is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. There is absolutely no proper cleaning done—rooms, washrooms, and common areas are always dirty and unhygienic. Basic cleanliness is completely ignored. There is no security at all, which makes the place feel unsafe, especially at night. Anyone can walk in without checks, which is unacceptable for a residential space. The water situation is terrible. There is either no water at crucial times or extremely irregular supply, making daily life very difficult. Even when available, the quality is questionable. The maintenance of the PG is pathetic. Broken fixtures, poor infrastructure, and zero accountability from management. Complaints are either ignored or never resolved. On top of all this, the people at Prozo have no idea how to behave with customers. They are rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. There is no sense of responsibility or customer service. I would strongly NOT recommend this PG to anyone. Save yourself from the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.
