​I had a terrible experience with this property and would strongly advise travelers to look for other options. ​I booked and confirmed a room two days in advance. However, upon arriving at the property, I was told that the hotel was full and my room was unavailable. This level of unreliability is unacceptable for any traveler. ​The service is non-existent, and the management showed no accountability for their booking error. Furthermore, the property itself is poorly maintained and not up to standard. ​Avoid this location. It is poorly managed, the service is subpar, and a confirmed booking here does not guarantee you a place to stay. There are much better, more professional options nearby.

I was calling the resort to make a booking and even before experiencing the place the booking experience was so bad. A lady named Deepika at the reception simply kept hanging up on me. I did not give up and went on to call her back to back finally she decided to speak to me, She gave me all wrong info that the suite room has a pool not true the hotel has a pool and this is how she sold it to me. I spoke to her so called manager Krishna and sadly they can't sell and promote the place. Surendra Shetty you are going to lose more customers if this is the service you offer. I decided not to book the place as they sell fake services and are not genuine. I am glad I found this out before getting caught in this bad experience.

This is one of the worst, most unreliable resort that I have come across. We had booked it for 2 days and on the day of checkin, the lady tells us that we can give room only for one day and for the other day they will give us in another property. They are not ready for any discussions or coming to a middle ground to keep customers happy. We had left from Bangalore to Kundapur and it was very difficult to find another stay with two small kids and elderly people with us. The worst experience and I will never recommend this to anyone.

It was a horrible experience in this resort. 1. There is no room boy, nobody carries luggage to room. 2. Rooms are stinky, untidy with cockroaches and lizards. 3. Furnitures are broken. Transparent curtains, bad for ladies and couples. 4. Tv doesn’t work. 5. Food is brought from outside 10kms away, so always expect cold food. 6. Food is very bad. Resort has to get updated in all the aspects. 7k Total waste of money.

Had horrible experience at this place. I had booked through Goibibo and once arriving at this place, owner of this place said they wont accept online booking and refused to offer us a room. I came with my wife and 2year old kid and these people does not have courtousy to offer a glass of water or talk in a good way. Initially they said all rooms are occupied and later they said they can give us a room and prices are 6k per night. They just want to make money. There is no reciption, one uneducated person will be roaming around who is responsible for handling booking and does not know how to treat guests. They dont have any restaurant and they get food prepared elesewer and sell at high rates. Please dont ever try to book from other websites like makemytrip or goibibo.

Worst service.. They don't have kitchen inside. Whatever you order they will bring from their own hotel which is in city limits. By the time they reach resort food get cold. We were 23 family members. Waited for dinner till 9.30pm.. food were all got cold. Morning tea they serve at 9.30am, Breakfast by 10.30am. Never ever seen this kinda service in these entire decade in any hotels or resorts.

We recently had been to the resort, the place is next to the beach which makes the experience good and beach can be accessed anytime with no crowd at all which gives you an experience to cherish. However, saying that the other things like the hospitality and facilities in the resort has to be improved a lot. It is not worth the price they charge. There is no sufficient staff to attend the customers. TV does not work. Food is not that great. It is over priced. They do not attend the customers unless we voluntarily request for anything. No snacks r coffee tea was also offered. Food menu is as normal as u get else where, local food needs to be added to enjoy the authentic food of Kundapura. The place is priced only to enjoy the access to the beach and nothing apart from that which makes it over-priced. For the price they charge, there r multiple or other places which provides 3times food n other amenities like indoor games, outdoor games.
