“This the most genuine review Very third class accomodation, no maintenance, no tv services, no wifi, no cleaning. Pathetic surrounding, pg is full of mosquito and flies. Owner is very rude and is all about money always, the deposit you give at the time of joining will never be refunded. Water for bathing is pathetic as well as drinking water. They only try to buy from cheap sources. I feel 1 star is also too much for its caliber. Attitude of the owner is very bad and he is always bloody drunk so when u ask him to repair something and share some problem, the answer would be very rude and ur job will never be done. I would recommend never to join this”

Mahantesh Kadi★★★★★*Nice foodie center for chapati predators *big & clean rooms in second floor and in penthouse *really big but old styled windowed and untidy and confined rooms *Hot water never comes but they insist it'll when it is sunny (solar heater based) *fully secured with cameras *washing machine will be provided only on Saturday and Sunday *No UPS or inverter; power not there means water too *Some times water will be stopped because of not maintaining the water saving practices like random checking of water leakages *Food better for outsiders
