1. Good at cleanliness. 2. Open 24/7 but lift is off. after 10:30. 3. Refrigerator, RO, Washing machine (3 shared b/w all). 4. Hot water timings aren't fixed you may and may not get hot water everyday. 1. Food is okay. Mostly Rice for Dinner. Unhygienic dining area. Be careful they keep Veg. & Non. Veg. side by side. 2. Ensure having food as soon as prepared else your tummy might remain empty. They won't prepare again sometimes. 3. Room cleaners often sneak into your items in absence. - Rents: 8.5k(3) 14k(2) 24k (1) might vary on negotiation. 500 Rs increases in a month or two knowing you came with so much luggage.

The caretaker Chandra is misbehaving and arrogant. They will change your room mate every alternate day or ask you to change your room frequently. There is nowhere where you can go and raise a concern against the quality of food/facility etc and even if you go ahead to raise it with the caretaker, he will intentionally be oblivious to your concern. Overall, worst PG ever that the 3 of us have experienced till date. Also don't expect to get your hard earned security deposit money back

I am a victim of theft attempt. They have taken my mobile phone charger without my permission. While I questioning the manager regarding this, at the time only his care taker return the charger. No privacy for the room at all. We got lot of insects from the food and food was also so poor. While joining they will not tell any terms and conditions, and when we asking about the advance back, they will arising unnecessary terms and conditions. Frankly, simply looting money.

At the time of joining manger said only 1000 rs maintenance charged, and told like inform 1 week before vacating , we 6 people's informed 2 weeks before vacating then no refund given back ABSOLUTELY CHEATING BY MANAGER Pathetic and unhygienic food. my friends affected food poison from royal PG, Full of insects in food, when we asking for security amount manager saying unnecessary rules and regulations.

This hostel is good but not always cleaning the room and only cleaning every two days. The main's son always cheats the food at fridge without permission. Once you keep food in fridge, the child can take your food and he can bring anything from yours once you go to the office. You will lost things. The main doesn't care anything because they always use to focus the mobile. Better visit this hostel to check and ask the queries. Hope you are safe.

I have been staying at SR Stays Royal PG for Men for more than 2 years, and overall the experience has been decent. The biggest advantage is the location since it’s very close to my workplace and near Central Mall, which makes daily commute very convenient. The PG is cleaned regularly and maintained fairly well. Wi-Fi is decent for regular office work and browsing. The owner is friendly and approachable in general. Facilities are also useful with 3 washing machines available and one fridge on each floor. Food quality is decent. On weekdays, food is available in the morning and evening, while on weekends they provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One drawback is that dinner closes by 9:30 PM, so people coming late from office may miss it sometimes. One issue I faced is with bed allocation. If someone is away for a few days, sometimes the bed gets temporarily rented to another person. When the original resident returns, it can create inconvenience and arguments because the new person may claim they already paid rent for that bed. I feel this management process could be handled better to avoid confusion for long-term residents. The rent is slightly on the expensive side compared t
