Worst PG. Just because it's relatively new, we can manage to stay. Otherwise, no maintenance of any amenities. Washing machine, fixtures are not maintained. People smoke and drink in lobby. The PG has more space for rats than humans. Bed bugs won't give you sleep. Outsider couples make out in common area. Caretakers have attitude and act like they own the place. The owner only makes false promises and is concerned with money. They have a dog which keeps barking all the time and causing disturbance. Food is very bad, and an occasional good item will be completed by the caretakers themselves. Contact me for the actual photos.

Worst pg, owner promised to give the stay for single sharing, I said I will give advance too on the day I called to shift he said it was given to someone else. Worst service and people are not trustworthy. Avoid stay here

WARNING WARNING WARNING If there were an option to give this PG zero stars, I’d gladly click it twice. The real highlight of this place is the owner, SUKESH REDDY. Before taking your advance payment, he’s the definition of professionalism and politeness. After that? Good luck. Every time you call, he’s apparently busy driving somewhere and magically unavailable to answer. At this point, I’m not sure whether he runs a PG or a full-time taxi service. As for the accommodation itself, expect uninvited roommates in the form of rodents and BED BUGS. Nothing says “premium living” quite like waking up every morning scratching your entire body and wondering what bit you during the night. The one service they provide with absolute consistency is ensuring your DEPOSIT never finds its way back to you. Refunds seem to be treated as a DREAMY concept here. So if you’ve always dreamed of paying money to share your room with pests, lose your deposit, and get ignored by management, then this is the perfect place for you. Highly recommended—for people who enjoy disappointment as a lifestyle.
