“If you still want to be a resident of zolo, please don't opt for food, don't opt for higher floor and don't expect any service from corporate. Their managers who are on property are usually good but their hands are tied by the corporate. They increase rent without first having the basic minimum service established and they don't care about reviews. I am a current zolo resident and I stay in zolo Orenda in bengaluru, stopped eating food here since last 8 months.random checks shows no improvement. They do not care about food quality and doesn't have the basic courtesy of responding to tickets.”

“Food -2/5 Cleanliness- 3/5 Wifi -3/5 Washing machine takes forever to wash clothes No ironing support, have to manage on your own. Rent - very high rate, plus 1 month extra. I feel we can get 1 BHK flat at this rate. Also now you would have to pay for electricity.”

“Stayed there for three months Pros: place is kept clean with house keeping on alternate days. Amenities like Wifi, geyser, fridge, oven, washing machine, biometric entry and power backup are available. Furnished. Caretaker Mr. Bhageerath is very honest and friendly person. Close to neeladri road where all commercial places, eateries, hospital are present. Cons: expensive, rooms relatively small, breakfast is bad, dinner is average. Whenever heavy vehicles pass on the road, vibrations can be felt in the building. Zolo should relocate orenda to a different building. Giving 1 star only for this safety issue. Some of the neighbors some and drink and play loud music though it is prohibited as per zolo rules.”

Harsh Raina★★★★★Zolo pg’s are the worst because of the following reasons : - Awful food service, literally you cannot eat anything it’s disgusting. - lift wasn’t repaired for 2 months straight, asked zolo managers for reply but nobody responded and gave the lamest excuses for the same. - cleaning staff is unbearable. - They do not change or help you in any matter especially in this time of pandemic.

akash Sharma★★★★★i am glade i have initiated notice(last day 31st March 2019). Totally money minded staff of zolo. If you want to leave peace fully better go for other local pg. at least you will be treated good. I will never ever recommend to this anyone.
