PG Care taker behavior not really good.He is very rude person .Food is ok ok. I stayed almost one & half year..Always issues for washing machine,Network. Room there is only metal bed & mattress was not comfortable. Sweeper aunty behaves like owner. Specially Thanks to grandpa He is really nice person who I met in PG.

Be cautious when dealing with this PG owner! They might seem friendly and accommodating at first, but don't be fooled. I recently tried to vacate the room, but they refused to let me go without informing them a month in advance. Where I had already informed them 20 days prior. When I explained my situation, they showed no empathy or understanding and collected next months rent without even returning the security deposit which I had made while joining the PG. They even yelled at my sister and hid my luggage bag inside PG and refused to give it back until I made next months rent payment. It's clear they're more interested in collecting rent than treating tenants fairly. Unless you're prepared to deal with unnecessary stress and potential financial loss, I would strongly advise against renting from this PG.

These guys doesn’t seem to have a basic common sense on how to treat girls who has come from very far to find their dream job from various cities. 1.The advance amount that has been given will never be returned. 2. If you raise a concern about the food, your room will be denied for cleaning. 3. If you are planning to leave the PG and inform them,Then you’ll have to pay additional monthly rental before, or else they will confiscate your luggage until you pay them. 4. They will threaten you if you don’t pay.

I am very disappointed as I stayed in this pg for about a year but when I left the pg they didn't return the security amount, I didn't expect this from them that's the reason I have given such a low rating. They just gave a lame reason for not returning the security amount. In fact she called and yelled at me saying how can I return the security amount there is one vacancy in your room. But there were in fact 2 girls already staying in my room. I don't know if they do that to everyone but I have faced this here so be careful. Apart from that I would describe my stay as a decent one although the room size is a little small for 2 people but it is manageable. I didn't like the area much but it is very close to Embassy tech Village. Food is also decent.. generally there is rice and daal or some flavoured rice in the lunch for dinner there is one curry, dal, rice and chapati except for Saturdays (they give pulao on Saturdays).

There are CCTV cameras installed throughout the property, and the entry and exit are monitored. The building also has a secure entry system, and only residents are allowed inside. PG Owners: They are kind-hearted people who are always ready to help with any queries or concerns, making the overall stay very comfortable. Food: The food is prepared fresh every day. The dining area is spacious and clean. In short, Parallel Stays for Ladies is a fantastic choice for any woman looking for safe, comfortable, and affordable PG accommodation. With its excellent facilities.I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good PG.

The food quality is good, no water shortage( in case of any, it will be solved within half an hour), cctv surveillance for safety, homley nature of the pg owners.Coming to the maintenance, pg owners ensure to keep it clean, incase of any issues whether it might be regarding food,water, repair in room, they respond quickly.
